I must always go when it?s busy but I waited 20 minutes before I got my drink. Many ppl got theirs bfr me even though I ordered... bfr them. I saw the only green drink being made and assumed it was mine. Saw it was clearly a small when I ordered a lg Apple nGreens. The guy making it just let it sit in the 1st blender that clearly wasn?t working as he kept moving drinks to anotherone. But mine sat there. Waiting. Not blending for at least 5-7min while he made others. He eventually moved it to anotherblender and then again to another blender. Finally it got to the pourer and she realized it was clearly the wrong size(confirming it was mine) she added a couple scoops of mango purée and put it back on the blender. Poured it out and triedserving it to me w a clear inch and 1/2 from top! I told her it was clearly the wrong size and asked if they could remake itsince they already tried adding stuff and didn?t want it to taste wrong. She said ok but told the guy to just add more purée.He did. So I repeated if he could please just remake it bc it?s been blended 6 times now! And was clearly the wrong size. Alsofyi now there are only a couple ppl waiting and no longer crowded. He remade it but he puts it on blender 1 again and it failsto blend and just sits there. She comes over and moves it, seeing it wasn?t blended. She blends it for a couple seconds andserves it in a cup. I can see the line separations in the cup and obviously it wasn?t blended. But I take the drink bc I knowthe portions will at least taste normal. Of course I kept getting chunks of purée and pieces of kale stuck to my teeth. Ittasted as it should though. I only give 3 stars bc the staff was friendly? considering how busy they were in the beginning evenif she intentionally tried serving me a small drink and then later served me a partially blended drink. They did remake my drinkas requested. Read more

So it's the lunch rush and for some reason this location has two employees for this. One is taking orders and filing them which... isn't a smart idea. My order was wrong after I'm pretty sure I spoke clearly when placing it. Sigh... oh well Going to Movitanext time. Read more
