Not only was the older lady condescending to my daughter and rude. She made her very uncomfortable!!! To top it off the donuts... were stale and gross. We couldn?t even eat them. Worst service ever. Ordered and paid for a sandwich and a drink waited for over 5 minutes, while other customers that came after... me, received their orders. Asked what happened to my order and was told someone else probably took it, without any apology. Veryunfriendly and unprofessional customer service. This Dunkin repeatedly rushes while making Iced coffee orders and the iced coffee ends up tasting like watered down coffee... beans, they forget to add the flavor of the coffee 4/5 times. The coffee is almost always undrinkable and a waste of money.There could be no line and they still won't make the iced coffee correctly. Read more

Been there at least 10 times in the last 6 months and they messed my order up Every. Single. Time. On the 2nd this month I went... to pick up an order and had to go back in 3 times because they kept giving us the wrong items (which i can't eat because ofallergies! Fun!). Placed an order today for pickup: the decaf coffee apparently is as clear as water now and tastes likenothing! Unless they lied straight to my face when I asked why my oatmilk latte was completely white??? Unfathomable. Called themobile number for a refund and got turned away so I called the store and asked for a manager and the girl that answered gave meattitude lmao. I'm waiting to hear back from the manager about getting some refunds but this is insane at this point. Theemployees are most definitely overworked but no one even checks if your coffee has coffee in it. Definitely don't recommend lol. Read more
