The old hispanic lady did not have a good costumer service at all. I?ve been getting my sub at this location several times now... and she was giving me an attitude every time. She never greets her costumers as if she never saw them. She doesn?t ask politely.And doesn?t make your sandwich look presentable. I worked at Subway before that?s why I know we have to make it look good atleast. I don?t really like writing reviews but I think they should do something on this. Read more

Ordered curbside, my app said my food was ready at 6:45. I pressed the button stating I was there and I started to wait. 10... minutes go by, nothing? 30 minutes, still nothing. I waited a few more minutes and then decided to go walk into the store andask about my food. I mentioned I had ordered curbside and the worker said she wasn?t aware that it was curbside pickup. I ordered a turkey-footlong (1 carb-bread) and took it home. I love subway but it was was the first time I got very... disappointed. Inside the sandwich were so less turkey and stuff. I felt like eating only the bread!! I don?t know what I payedfor! The lady made the sandwich very quick so I was surprised and saw the reason at home. Theater wasn?t a sandwich! Read more

Hispanic older lady has an attitude problem and takes it out on your meal. My sandwich was messy and not able to able to eat it... due to the sauce all over the sandwich and smeared all over the bread.I took on bite and the sandwich fell apart and stained myscrubs. I think she was upset when I asked for extra spinach I started to notice how sloppy she continued to make my sandwich.Not fair. I should have listened to myself when I wanted to open the sandwich right in front of her and taken a picture of thesandwich in front of her. My lunch break was ruined. Please have more patience with your customers. Especially the ones on lunchwe only have a 30 min break and work hard too. We just want to eat and get back to work with no stains on our uniform. Tried calling in my order, called three times, no one picks up. I get there, and the employee is so slow. Heard the phone ring... 4x while in line, not once did she pick up. When I gave my order she had me repeat myself 3x. She said she is not good athearing orders. Who ever trained her to work in "fast food" did a terrible job. She should not be alone in the store. This is afast food store and 2-3 employees should be working. While eating I watched 2 customers leave because she was taking too long.I feel bad for her, because her manager obviously failed. Trying to use BOGO coupon for a footlong, the Latino lady said wouldn't accept, only take the $3.50 for 6 inches. I asked about... $6 coupon for footlong, she said yes, then I wanted to order sweet onion chicken, she said no, only ham or turkey (the cheapestones). The short Latino lady just kind of rude and made up stuff about coupon. I went to a different location later that day,they happily accepted the coupon. This is the only Subway location I feel the service is rude. And it is the only location insouthern CA rejects coupons. Read more
