Poor customer service. Never know when they will be open. Unreliable and inconsistent hours (close in the middle of the day)... and ability to order ahead is often unavailable . Sometimes only the drive through is open (store closed and no pre-order), andduring those times, they won?t serve you unless you are in a vehicle. Read more
I thought this store was improving. Nope. This store is home of ice. If you order a drink with ice, they fill the cup to the top... black line with ice then add your coffee. Poor training. Super slow. They were swamped. The staff kept running to the back because all their supplies were running out. One woman with... bright red hair was just washing the plexiglass screens and not helping otherwise. I added 2 stars to my review because one ofthe staff gave me a gift card for $4 off my next drink for the inconvenience. Read more
Very friendly staff, lots of space and tables, clean... all is good. THE ONLY PROBLEM IS THAT THE MUSIC IS ALWAYS SUPER LOUD.... ALWAYS! Why?!? I'm sitting here now and literally can't listen to my expensive noise cancelling headphones at the table farthestaway from the speakers. It's nuts. I ordered a caramel macchiato. It tasted like pure foam I couldn't tell if there was coffee in there or not. I stirred it and... re-tasted it before taking it back. Thinking I had just made a bad drink choice, I asked if I could please order a differentdrink. They were nice and made me a café mocha. It tasted like pure chocolate powder. I seriously get better coffee drinks atthe college café. While the person who took my order was quite pleasant, twice I didn't hear the person who made the drink andcalled out my drink order. When I asked her about it she just sort of grimaced and shrugged. She didn't even say a word. When Igo to a Starbucks it's because I'm counting on the consistency in their drink preparation. There is no cream or sugar available for customers. You have to ask for it. My first time here I didn?t realize. Took me 10... minutes to get a cup of coffee w cream and sugar. They were very busy, and getting someone?s attention (they all seem franticwith their headsets on) was a problem. If you just want coffee, go elsewhere? but most people know that. Overall place is cleanand staff is nice. So 3 stars. Read more
