This Starbucks has a consistent strong crew from 7 am to about 11 am. Then, one never knows. Like 90% of the stores, ... inconsistent in regards to hours, to product and last few hours one can expect rude/unprofessionalism, too. One drives miles toget to destination at open hours and find it closed or not telling you the truth or else watching them turn away daily customerson their breaks, etc. Over and over this store has been closing the Lobby early, (including no Wifi) due to employees calling inunable to work and/or other employees not willing to fill in. But, other stores turn off the internet in order to turn awaycustomers "politely". In general, the morning early early openings were for a long time severely impacted from the poorclosures previous evenings. I give my darndest and wish Long Haul didn't include 12-15 hours of pure exhaustion, sleep that isso darndest persistent. Starbucks brewed caffeine or decaf always welcome. Instead, for months, I have increasingly noticed:Meeting up with people, bringing tiny ones for a treat or clients getting their routine Starbucks coffee--increasingly really adownhill experience at many north county locations. Love this store and the staff is so friendly and accommodation. They're always quick and get my order done with a smile.

I saw a young guy treating a customer horribly. I will never go back to this store. It has changed completely lately. Drinks... are slow and made incorrectly. i am in 25 and been going since i was 15! Tables are so dirty and bathrooms. Read more

Fresh coffee, clean building, and fast service. The employees are great here and go out of their way to help.

Plenty of good seating inside even though this is a smaller location. But the real winner for this place was the staff. I was in... at a peak rush time and there were only two employees. And even with a line and some impatient customers, the two kept smilingand working hard. My drink was perfect and came out super quickly even with the backlog. And to top it off, once the rush dieddown, one of the ladies brought around free pumpkin bread treat thingies and gave them out to the remaining customers seatedinside, and even gave my friend who had a baby two ?just because?. Coffee was decent. Tables were all filthy, and the only 2 electric outlets were barely functioning. I had to use tape to hold my... phone charger in the socket. Staff almost too young to know what manners are. Shame that management has allowed this store tofall apart. Read more

Awful customer service and employees are handling food without wearing gloves. Same employee changed a trash bag and jumped to... the oven to heat food and went ahead to pack food inside a paper bag, no washing hands in between. Absolutely gross. Read more

Was super impressed w/ the vibe in this Starbucks ? and i?ve been to many 4 my grande flat white & sometimes Frappuccino ????... !!!
