Good till not!. Going to this place is a 50/50 shot for having a good meal!. I?ve had really good meals and also really bad... that I couldn?t chew. Better choice is to throwaway couple of pounds of dry and tough meat that was cooked a day before than reheating it next day than serving it to costumers who are supporting you in the neighbourhood. I have NEVER seen a restaurant owner so rude in my entire life! She is from Mexico and treats us like trash. Stay away!

Oh. My. Gosh. These tacos are the best I?ve ever had. I ordered the Baja fish, carne asada, and carnitas tacos. They were... absolutely amazing. They have earned their spot on the boardwalk of Encinitas. They also offer burritos, enchiladas, tortas, tostadas and soups. Read more

Always my go to stop when I'm driving down to SD. Great "hole in the wall" vibe (in a good way) but still clean and fresh. Quick... service, delicious food, and big portions. Their poblano breakfast burrito is probably my favorite thing ever, but everythingI've tried there is amazing. Would highly recommend, especially since it's easy to get to from the freeway and way better thanfast food, plus you'd be helping a local restaurant. :) Read more

Came here for the first time on a recommendation. The service is nice. Social distancing is kept and the food is even better.

Diablo shrimp burrito!!! Get it. It's insanely spicy so buyer beware but it's great. Don't take it to go, it's pretty goopy so... it makes the tortilla soggy if you don't eat it quickly. All their other seafood items are great though but I can't take a tripto SD without eating one of these. Read more

Fries here are really good! They stay crispy! I got the carne asada fries and bomb burrito, also tried a bite of some other... burritos. Bomb burrito was good, but nothing remarkable other than it's uniqueness, flavors were alright. I think theircalimania, or something like that is better, but it's also more expensive. The asada fries were really good, what made itoutstanding wasn't he fries, staid crispy outside and soft inside. Their guacamole stands out more so as well. I would saydefinitely within top 3 asada fries I've had. There's free street parking, wasn't too difficult to find one. Start lookingabout a block or two before getting there, otherwise you'll have to double-back to find parking if there's none immediately infront of the store. Read more

We had high hopes but were a little disappointed. The chips and refried beans were great, but it was all downhill from there.... The chicken taco was stuffed full of lettuce, cheese and tomatoes, but the chicken was incredibly bland. The burrito was small. The carne asada taco was good, especially topped with black beans and guacamole. We were not given any napkins and no salsa. Itappeared that this is a big locals place, as everyone else seemed to know the ropes. I'm not sure any of us would eat hereagain. It wasn't bad by any means, but there was nothing to keep me coming back. Read more
