Watery Jamba! Although I don?t think it?s just this location?s fault, I think the formula has changed to include more ice and... liquid and less fruit and substantial ingredients. So disappointing, I don?t think I?ll ever get a Jamba again when there aresuch high quality local shops in the area. As for the location the employees were friendly. Read more
Absolutely disgusting. The teenagers working inside all act like they are deer in the headlights, had to have my drink remade... twice and it still was incorrect. Drinks were watery and not well made. Won't be returning to this location again. Read more
I have always loved Jamba Juice and their products but this location specifically has been a disappointment the last 2 times I... stopped by. I ordered a breakfast item and asked for hot sauce on the side and the employee immediately told me they had no hotsauce but a few seconds later said she?d check in the back... um okay you said you were out without actually knowing/checkingfirst?! I know sometimes inventory runs out so it?s fine, I used to work at a different Jamba location so I understand. Juststopped by again and wanted to order a cucumber orange cooler juice and the employee told me they were out of cucumbers! Superfrustrating that both times I was not able to order what I came here for. Management needs to do a better job at updatinginventory orders. We never had this issue at Palomar airport Jamba. Guess I will have to make a longer drive simply because thislocation is inconsistent. Read more
No one ever answers the phone at this location. It?s SO frustrating! I called 4-5 times over 20 minutes, at 10:30am on a... weekday. No answer. I guess they don?t want the business??? It?s just so frustrating when trying to place a large order byphone. They don?t allow for any changes or substitutions on the mobile delivery apps, so I needed to call it in. My boyfriend and I came in and waited for about 3 minutes until someone would come to take our order (there was no one there,... this was around 7:30 PM). Finally a guy and a girl come out and the guy takes my order. I don?t mean to prematurely judge anyoneor anything, but they seemed a little sus. I know about businesses where young people primarily work involves hitting theirshacks or pens, and I just think it?s really unprofessional. Apple n greens was good though. Read more
Very quick location. Always very clean! I like that they now offer more than just smoothies. The bowls are delicious!
This store is so much better then the one in the Carlsbad/Oceanside area, this store Is always clean and well stocked, the staff... are friendly and helpful, definitely a location I'll be back to, my mom even likes this store over the Carlsbad/Oceanside one. Read more
