I understand they were busy, but stood there for several minutes at the counter watching the few workers serve the drive-thru... Lane and ignore the customers that hadn't ordered yet standing at the counter. Just acknowledging our presence would havebeen nice. A little "be right with you ". Ended up leaving and going across the street to Arby's. They were awesome and had agreat Wagu burger. Glad it worked out like it did. Read more
MAJOR HEALTH HAZARD! Absolutely disgusting. I ordered a $5 biggir bag bacon Jr cheeseburger & a chicken BLT at 7;30pm. The... nuggets tasted like week old fry oil. BOTH of my sandwiches were ice cold to the touch & the chicken patty was so old I couldn'ttake a bite because it was rubber & wouldn't separate. I ordered the honey chicken biscuit and they literally just poured raw honey all over it. I mean straight out of the bottle raw... honey. All over the biscuit itself and the wrapper. Ordered sausage gravy biscuit no gravy just square sausage and biscuit. Novanilla frosty, no strawberry frosty. No bacon. Read more
The drive-thru is terrible. There was no confirmation of our order. We were not told the cost of our order - not when we ordered... at the microphone, not when we paid, and not in a receipt. Before we drove away, we discovered that one of our fries wasmissing. When we notified the worker, she refused to correct the mistake or let us buy a fry. Instead she shut the window andwalked off. Traveling back to NY we stopped here for food. I'll just say it was a wasted stop. This Wendy's is disgusting! The workers... are packing food with no gloves on and are very unprofessional. The floor is slippery, the bathroom was not clean, tissue onthe floor, sink rimmed with grime. Yes I know it's a fast food place but that's no excuse! Management needs to do theirjob! Don't eat here! Food = standard to substandard. I didn't get everything I ordered the first time. Other customers were at the counter... complaining about wait time for mobile orders - 15+ min. Cleanliness = extremely poor to NONE! The floor was slipperyeverywhere! Drink station had standing water on the floor and tracking all over the restaurant. Only 3-4 tables looked cleanenough to sit at, and the ones that looked unused had a film/residue on them. Like the surface was cleaned with a dirty rag. Thebathroom was extremely disgusting. Standing water again all over the floor and towel machine was out of commission with thepaper towel roll sitting in it for use. I will not go back there again. Read more
Second time we have been. Sloppy with it. Why is this even 7 dollars if it looks like this? Very upset. Won?t go back to this... Wendy?s again, I?ll go to the one in North Carolina and take that 20 minute drive. No spicy honey, nothing. Done with thislocation. Read more
It was raining outside and it was the Sunday after Thanksgiving. I hate to give 2 stars but the floors were dangerously slick.... We didn't wait for food we were glad to make it back outside without falling. I hope no one was injured. Everyone in the busyrestaurant was commenting on it. Read more
