Stopped here for quick lunch on a long drive. Great, friendly service. The Man with the mustache and the bandana was so... friendly, making conversation with the kids. I never tip at Subways but left some extra as it was refreshing to have a nicepleasant lunch! Keep up the great work! Read more

Every time I go into this establishment the service be mediocrity to great!! The food are prepared multiple ways depending on... who is preparing your food. I decided to get a salad yesterday "meat Supreme" wasn't anything Supreme about the meat or salad. Ihad to asked for a plastic knife to cut up the veggies and meat to my salad and to make it worst it was $11.47 just for a salad.I went down the street to Cracker Barrel for CHEF salad twice the size and .14 cheaper!! I will NOT ever buy another salad fromSubway!! Read more

The manager was disrespectful to my wife and what she was ordering behind her back. I was sitting down during the incident so my... wife didn't see what she was doing but I did and didn't appreciate it Your company finally got roast beef back and with that yougot us back as a long time customer but I will never get my meal from that establishment. I fully understand that finding an open "Subway" restaurant, close to where we're driving on I95, on Easter Sunday , might... possibly be difficult.  Yet there it was when I searched my terribly smart phone. The location was Emporia, Va. When weentered, I noticed it was really uncomfortably cold in the place. I quickly forgot about myself when I saw three girls Theywere holding their easily acquired cold arms. And yet, they were able to smile at us and greet us with a smile. I was quiteimpressed with their professionalism. There's no way I could have been smiling if I were in their position. I said "Aren't youcold"? They nodded yes, and both uncomfortably glanced to their right. AHA !!!  A man was sitting there reading the paper.Gee...he was dressed comfortably. His bare arms weren't showing like the staff. I mouthed "Is he the magager"? They nodded yes.I wanted to see if he's as kind and congenial with his actual customers. I moved around and was directly in his view. He did notlook up. No glance. Nada. On a professional level... regardless of whatever may be happening in your professional or personallife, there is absolutely no excuse for not treating a customer OR your staff  (male, female, young, or old) in a friendly andkind manner. What I witnessed was thoughtless and unkind. The cherry on the cake: Your salad had tired lettuce. BIGSURPRISE UNBEARABLY COLD Read more
