I'm from Hampton Roads and my dad lives in Rocky Mount. I would travel through Emporia and noticed the store. I've always... wanted to stop since they have closed all our stores. This is now our closes store. My dad passed last month and he lovedQuiznos so in his memory we stopped in. Store was very clean. The staff was exceptional especially the male who is at leastthe manager if not the owner. The food was amazing. I ate the steak, my dad's favorite. I told the gentleman about my dad andhow we will be driving back and forth on weekends for a couple of months. The flowing weekend we stopped and the gentlemanremembered and offered his condolences. It is important to connect with your customers, even the transient ones. On anotherweekend we stopped and that gentleman was not working so I thought this would be a good test to see if his employees wouldcontinue with the same customer service. He did. He too was amazing. It helps the healing process when I can stop in topersonal service and have a sandwhich in my dad's memory. Read more
Something for everyone! Two soups and chili today, pita sandwiches and subs. We all enjoyed our food, which was hot and... flavorful. Kudos to manager Jason, who lent my mom his office chair. All the tables were high tops and she has impaired mobilityand so couldn't sit on the bar stools. Great service! Read more
