I went in to use the restroom. There was standing water in the corner of the handicap stall. The toilet was polluted and so was... the air! It smelled like old urine. The sinks were brown and gray. We got here at 9pm. We asked for 2 whoppers one with cheese and no onions and one with no cheese. We asked for ice cream but it... was out. We got up to the window paid. Then when we parked we realized there was onions on both when on the receipt it said noonions. Then we realized there was no tomatos or lettuce on either. We paid $12 for two sandwiches that had nothing but meat,pickles and onions. My family and I are disappointed and astounded that they didn't have the honesty to tell us that they wereout before hand. In the end we went back and got a refund but a refund does not make it okay for what they did, or what theydidn't do. Read more
Let?s start out positive: the food was what I expect from Burger King, and me and my family were satisfied with it.. If I?m... being Honest: The bathrooms are a Petri dish of germs! They?re super small, and I?m not sure if they have been cleaned all year.Each stall is really dark, unkept, and you can smell a new form of the next outbreak forming! It?s ridiculous! Worst Burger King ever. We generally have good value food for our money, but this one (Emporia) leaves a lot to be desired. We... had 4 chicken sandwiches and one whopper. The chicken sandwiches were served in small burger buns, the chicken was under cookedand just tasted weird. The whopper wasn?t good either, the sauce was « off » and even the fries weren?t good. The oil theywere cooked in was obviously old. It wasn?t very clean either? very glad we didn?t need to use the facilities. The only reasonwe kept the meal is because it was to go and were already on the highway when we noticed. Also, their credit card terminalwasn?t working. This was literally the worst Burger King I've ever been to In My Life None of the bathroom stalls had toilet paper there was... diarrhea floating in one of the toilets, there are huge trash cans in the bathroom that touch your bottom when you sit on thetoilet. every surface of this restaurant was sticky, the fries were raw, the beverage machine was out of almost every option thesandwiches were not made correctly and none of the employees were friendly. I could not wait to get out of there I was afraid totouch anything. My family and I didn't even finish our meals we were happy to leave. Read more
If given the option to rate zero stars, I would. The absolute worst experience not only at a Burger King but across all... fast-food chain. Disgusting attitudes upon entrance; I gave them benefit of the doubt and happily greeted the memberFIRST-should not have even wasted my own breath and mood on an individual like so. It's a calm clean respectful place to eat in or carry out and it's 24 hours yummy anytime u want it... The way u want it.. could... put on more lettuce so the sandwich s don't be so flat.. MORE VEGES PLEASE!!!!! other than that it's good place to eat Read more
