Food was good and the facility was clean so no complaints here.
I consistently order through the app so that my food is ready to pick up, but THIS LOCATION will not even bother to start your... order until you come in to pick it up. The whole point of the app is to save time, but this location ruins it every time. Itdoesn't take 30 minutes to make 2 items. It should have been ready when I got there, but NO, I had wait an additional 10 minuteson top of the 25 it took me to get there. GET YOUR ACT TOGETHER! Read more

I am updating my review because the manager of this Taco Bell made my order right. She wasn't rude or defensive. Just listened... and gave me the food that was originally left off my order. The service the team members provided was good, very friendly andhelpful. The food was fresh and delicious. An unhappy mistake was corrected and that's a sign of a good manager and team. Ordered a party back with extra fire and diablo sauce, didn?t get any taco sauce at all. Had to turn around to go get some, got... home and they shorted me 2 tacos. Check your order before you leave. They obviously don?t pay attention to anything. Read more
I have been eating at Taco Bell since a small kid in the 80's all over the DFW metroplex and locations differ in the quality of... food and in customer service. This Emory location is a step above the rest. The staff is excellent and the food is by thebook. It is made exactly to specs and not just thrown together or shorted on ingredients like a lot of other locations alwaysseem to do. I was sure to visit this location many times and order a variety of foods and also repeated items to check forconsistency. Keep up the good work Taco Bell!!! Read more
I ordered supreme taco by mistake and the lady was nice enough to switch it to a Loco taco thar I meant to order without... charging me extra. Series was great but tacos are too greasy and not as fresh as many of the other locations I visit in DFW Read more
