First trip to Rube’s and overall I was very satisfied. Crab legs were good size and seasoned well. Shrimp were also very... good as was the Crab Cake. Our waitress was efficient but not overly friendly nor did she have very good conversation skills. Normally you great a table, introduce yourself and ask what everyone would like to drink. Went here today and was VERY impressed. This is the type of place where, when you first walk in - it's very simple, but then the... food comes out and it's amazing. I got the crab legs dinner which came with 2 sides. Soooo yummy the crab legs were a good sizeand cooked so well Read more
This is local & very enjoyable. The crab cakes and shrimp are delicious. I wanted to try one crab to see if I liked them... (haven't had much seafood) but didn't want to pay for all u can eat if I didn't. I wish the waitress would've let me try one. .I'd come here again. Read more
We were a group of 6. We all loved what we had for dinner! Hubby had the haddock fish sandwich, I had a awesome crab cake, 1... couple had the combination fried seafood combo, 1 person had the broiled scallops dinner and 1 person had a turkey clubsandwich. The crab chowder could have had some more crab in it. It was way too salty, unless it was intended to get you to drink more... since it is a bar too. The salad bar was very nice, good quality. Our server was stretched thin, but she was very experiencedand took good care of us. It was my dad's birthday, so we were taking him out to have a good time. He got the surf and turf (lobster and New York strip) The lobster was great. The fries that came with it were so salty, he could not eat them. The steakthat was supposed to be medium rare, looked like a steak that was reheated from 2 days ago, beyond well done and dried out.However, when we told our waitress, she had them bring out a replacement, that was a perfect medium, rare, juicy and tender. Thecrab legs were good, salty, but it's hard to get them wrong. We also had steamed clams that were fantastic. I will definitely goback, but be careful what I select. First time eating @ Rube's. Great crabs, great price for all you can eat. I will definitely go back. Our waitress was wonderful.
I came here with a bunch of fellow firefighters. The service was very friendly and the food was good. A little pricey for me but... I can do that for good seafood. If you like a place that has all you can eat crab legs and puts the bucket on the table for yourscraps, then this is the place! Will come back! Read more
Amazing service and food!Crabs tasted amazing along with the crab dip! I loved how they had a salad bar as well!
