Wow, that kid Connor is beyond amazing. I feel bad when I can't always leave a tip but I appreciate that he treats me the same... no matter how much or how little I spend . I go to sonic a about 4 times a week for slushies. This sonic is definately the bestin idaho!!!!!Seemed a bit short staffed not to long ago but feels back on track these days. In all my years I've never had someone hand me a chicken sandwich and a burger cold as a fridge after waiting 50 minutes ( yes... we looked at the time stamp ) lol watching all the cars get their food pass me by then a maybe 20 something year old managertell us aggressively the food we asked her to remake, after giving us one free slushie card was the exact food she handed backto us again lol she in turn says well it wasn't " that cold " I put it on the warmer and yet it's still cold even to the touchlol we are going to have to pass on the food poisoning but watching her slam them into the trash when we refused to take coldand likely uncooked food was the highlight of the evening . The glare from the 17 year old or so she sent to deal with it afterpretty priceless too . I'd probably get a new manager so people want to eat there like they used to if that is the service youare serving a small community they are bound to notice and talk about it . Read more
Ordered a coke zero add cherry they gave me a sprit. I told them that it was a sprite and there isn't any way to be a Coke and... the girl said well you did add cherry I told her a shouldn't it be dark because it's still a Coke and she just looked at me likeI was dumb so I went to a different restaurant in town and got an actual one and obviously it was a sprite not to mention ittastes like sprite. the red drink in the picture is what sonic gave me and the 2nd is what Is what I ordered at the 2ndrestaurant which you could tell is an obvious Coke I don't know why she thought she could try to convince me cherry would make aCoco clear I know what Coke looks like. Yesterday 07/31 my wife and I went to our local sonic to get cold drinks and a sonic blast. Order took over 25min to arrive.... When my wife looked at her Sonic blast she realized there were stickers on the bottom of the cup and that the cup was leakingice-cream all over the seat and the cup holder. I peeled one of the stickers off and the cup was SPLIT completly across thebottom!!! This means an employee KNEW the cup was busted and instead of getting a new cup or just putting another cup over thebused one. They tried to COVER IT UP and sent it out anyway. So I went to the door and showed the cup to the employee, shestated she would get the manager, cause she couldnt just give us another cup.. REALLY. So the manager shows up and this is wherethings took a turn for the obserd. WIth a very RUDE tone she ask "Whats the problem?" I showed her the cup and her response was" DO you want your food on time or not!" I said, cant you atleast put it in another cup? "She said "NO we don't do that!!! HAVEA GOOD DAY!!!" She then turns around and slams the door...She was the evening manager that night and I beleive her name isAlize. This is not the first time I have had a rude response from this manager, about a year ago she was allowing some of her"friends" to blast base music in the parking lot. She was very rude then as well.. While I was there a group admitted they hadwaited an HOUR for thier food...Place is going to hell and I suspect she may be one fo the main reasons. Read more
Absolutely was disrespected by the guy taking the order tonight. Not only did we repeat three times about our order sounding... wrong trying to be very polite to a very rude guy in the first place and his response was ?yes I got it.? To when our order camemy scotch and soda was a water we ordered everything large to make it less confusing where it was a bigger order some camemedium we let them know our order was not correct they had the original guy walk out that took the order saying give me yourreceipt doesn?t show mozzarella sticks so u can pay extra for them if u want them even tho it was wrong on top of they willstill one order shy of food. The guy turned and stormed off as we sit here still not sure if he went to get our order or justwalked away. NEVER have had such rude service before! Adding to this!! They have brought our mozzarella sticks and said theywill not bring the marinara sauce or ranch that was suppose to be our order until we pay the SIX dollars for the mozzarellasticks not the 2.50 for an upgrade since it was suppose to come with a meal. We let him know that?s what it was suppose to bethey took the card came back with a receipt showing they charged inside the 6.14 cents not the 2.50!!! So since we paid for itseparately we expected the large fry that we never got originally with the meal. A big sigh and a nicer guy to bring it to ourcar. We stop in almost every day and get a drink. On way to many occasions we are over 10 minutes waiting. Today there was 3 cars... parked getting drinks as well. Cars come and go to the window and we set there. This happens almost every time we park. Thestaff is nice. But I just can't handle the service time. We drove away. Lost income and bad review !!
