The old cashier lady is extremely rude. She always has such a bad attitude for no reason. I had a gift card that I wanted to use... but I did not know how much was on it. I asked her to check and she literally said "It's your gift card, you should know howmuch money is on it." So, I was like okay...and then I gave her my gift card, she then said "You have to slide it in the pinpad, don't give it to me, don't you know how gift cards work???" That was just completely rude and unprofessional, and her tonewas super disrespectful. She should NOT be treating her costumers like that. Dealing with her every time I go to Wawa is such apain. I have not had a single good interaction with her. They should have fired her by now. I cannot stand her. Most of thestaff are rude and unhelpful, especially her. Read more
ROACHES!!!!!!!!! Roaches crawled out of my half eaten sub that was curbside ordered. When called the "manager" answered, and it... was none of her surprise when I informed her of the roaches. I was offered ANOTHER roach sub. And was also laughed at when Iasked her if she was aware this was disgusting? Unprofessional, disgusting, don't buy made food unless you want to eat roaches. generally good 1 star removed because one time I was accused to not making an order of an item when I forgot to pick up it... during a larger order I made and a manager accused me of lying, she apologized later and remade the sandwich for free for theconfusion and to make up for it but that was unprofessional Read more

I was there with my friend today after school and the old cashier lady was so rude. I was handing her my cash and I was a dollar... short so I handed her the last dollar I owed her and she snatched it out of my hand. That is not how you treat customers unlessyou?re asking to get fired and be jobless. Wawa, do better and make sure you employ staff that are actually kind and respectfulto people.
