I was very disappointed when the staff presented my wedding cake to me. It looked nothing like the photo I presented to them.... The staff member stated we told you that we couldn't get large sea shells; which she did not...if she had I wouldn't have placedan order with them. I most definitely would've chosen another bakery. This was supposed to be my WEDDING cake, this is a picture of what we ordered and what we actually received. Dropped off my... customized cake topper a whole week prior, and the decorations, and the cake we received was unacceptable. Imagine sitting downto eat and seeing this on your wedding day. We were so embarrassed, and I would not wish this on anyone. Owner has noaccountability, and just asked if we wanted our cake topper for ?sentimental value? with a $50 refund for my ?materials? & I hadto drive 30 min to go get it. Very unapologetic, no compassion, and now this is the cake we will see in our pictures for therest of our lives. As of today, they have not taken the responsibility for essentially not providing what we paid for. If youwant to pay $400 for this? You?re better off going to Wegmans and spending $70 for a bare, naked cake. Read more

I am so appalled, disappointed and disgusted with this bakery. I ordered a cake for my daughter's birthday. I requested the cake... to have a "Hello Kitty" design and I also requested that the cake to be chocolate with Caramel cream filing. The design of the"Hello kitty" looked like a mouse. When we cut the cake the cake was chocolate with vanilla filing. It was dry and not tasty. Iwas so shocked and my daughter was so upset. This is what she wanted for her birthday and she couldn't eat it because she saidit was so "nasty". I sent an email to the bakery with photos about our experience and I was apalled by her response. She didnot try to diffuse the situation or try to come to some type of resolution. She accused me of not being honest and said thatshe couldn't believe that we felt the cake was not tasty that I just added that because it sounded " like an adult made anobservation about the eyes of the character slightly to close together and adult blew it out of proportion and was insulting.She also said " Most parents who order elaborate cakes for children's parties are just trying to impress the adults." I wasappalled by her response not to try to work out a solution but instead she insulted me. I will never purchase anything fromtheir shop again. Unfortunate experience with this bakery. Was given wrong flavor cake, cake was late from scheduled pickup time, corner of cake... (top right in photo) is sinking, the photo is bubbling and has a green hue. The owner said I was being "too picky". Offeredonly a $6 refund for an otherwise embarrassing cake. They said they were unable to make another to replace it. Read more
