My wife and I moved to Emmaus about 9 years ago from Philadelphia. The biggest problem we had was finding good restaurants to go... out and eat at and places get take out from. My now favorite Italian Deli. The food is fantastic! Highly recommend. Try the roast beef sandwich. The best I've ever had!
We?ve had great Italian wedding soup and Minestrone here, but we?ve also had others soup options twice now that we?ve literally... thrown out because they were that bad. The chicken cutlet sub wasn?t great either, but the Greek pasta salad is good. So, it?s amixed bag for me. Read more
This was my first time trying David's Italian market. Stopped in to pick up a take out order. The market was clean and... organized with many specialty items for purchase. Some seating is available indoors or outdoors and there is also free parkingin the front. The entire staff were kind and polite and eager to assist. In addition to their menu items they offer preparedfoods to heat and eat as well as many other prepared items. All the food looked freshly made. We ordered an egg ham andcheese on a kaiser, a side of antipasto pasta salad, a knish with mustard, and a sub called The Italian. The sandwiches werefilling. Read more
We tried David's because everyone was raving about it. The food delicious and fresh, fair prices and the owners are friendly!... We will only get our hoagies and deli delights here. Oh and get the made fresh cannolis....AMAZING! Read more
Got the ham and mozz (Rosemarie ham, fresh mozzarella and arugula on a fresh Italian roll). Absolutely delicious! Places like... these are gems. Worth the extra couple minutes to have a much better meal and support small businesses. Will be back again ifI?m in the area. Read more
Amazing sandwiches at a great price. Staff is friendly and the food was amazing. The meat on the Italian sub was perfectly... sliced thin and the bread was soft and had a good chew. The chicken cutlet on the chicken parm was well seasoned making the subamazing! Looking forward to my next trip there to try the rest of the menu. Read more
This place. I order the Italian hoagie every time I go. You get a small bag of chips with it though, I need something a little... more substantial. It is hands down one of the best I have ever had. The bread, the meat, and lightly dressed. You can?t gowrong. I was told that the banana peppers were not ?Italian? because they are not all that hot. Well if anyone from David?sreads this, if you ever get ?Italian? banana peppers in, I will ABSOLUTELY get them on my Italian hoagie. Read more
