Sorry for the low rating. I had pizza delivered from there to Wondrous brewing yesterday. The quality has declined... significantly since I last ate there 5-6 years ago. The crust beneath the pizza is no longer chewy, and the ratio of cheese tocrust is now overpowered by the cheese. This used to be one of the top new york style pizzas in the bay area and now I have todowngrade it. It seems to me the owner(s) are not on site running day to day operations. When the owner(s) are on site (forexample Bluebird pizzeria in san leandro) the quality stays consistent and high. What you get for the price you pay is notworth it. Suggestion to the owner: go to bluebird pizzeria, try one of their pies, compare it to your own, and get moreinvolved in you operation to ensure consistently high standards. Read more
I love rotten city pizza! I used to go here all the time and then when I moved away I was super bummed because no other pizza... place could even come close . The pizza is just as delicious as the day this place opened (always consistently perfect!!).Honestly, its the most amazing pizza I've ever had! Everytime I'm in Emeryville for work I visit Rotten City Pizza. I'm obsessed with their Porchetta pizza. It is delicious and my... absolute favorite. I highly recommend trying them out if you're in Emeryville. Read more
I grew up in NYC so every now and again I miss "NY style" pizza, or what I call "pizza" ; ) Of all the places I have tried that... offer NY-style thin crust slices, this one is the best. The "fat slice" is what's up. Good beer selection, and an outdoor patio/ outdoor ordering window. Read more
