Love this Starbucks. The area has a vacation/soccer mom feel. The building looks like a relaxing lodge. It is very convenient... to the interstate, CFA, cool Japanese restaurant, Wendy's, taco bell, a quick trip, loves w subway & mcdonalds, a mini golf,bowling, and wakeboarding park, and the allatoona lake. It closes pretty early as do a lot of nearby restaurants. Out of a lotof things like pumpkin spice flavor quickly, and this location doesn't have almond croissants I don't think. I don't know what it is about this location but I order through the mobile app most the time and at least 50% of the times they... mess up my order. Or the drinks taste gross. My hot drink I ordered will be a iced drink when I get there, or they'll give mesomeone else's order, won't give me everything I paid for, wrong size drinks. It's ridiculous. Makes me wonder if they even putthe extra shots of Expresso I pay for in my drinks. They need to pay more attention and learn the difference between hot andcold drinks. Read more
I love starbucks, and I travel the entire country. This is the only one I see still adjusting hours, and it's misleading when... you pull up their hours. I walk up to the door at 8:01PM, and they close at 8:00PM, not 9:00PM like advertised. I am driving avehicle too tall to fit through the drive through for the extra hour they're "open" and now I'm stuck driving until 3AM with nocoffee. Thanks to this terribly managed Starbucks! Let me start by saying I am a Starbucks die hard. I was traveling and stopped at this Starbucks just outside Atlanta. From the... road, it is the most beautiful storefront I think I have seen besides the Chicago one. Anyway, I walk in and no one was infront of me so I thought it would be quick as they had 5 employees behind the counter. I wait and I wait and I wait. 2 of theemployees were at the register I was standing in front of and were training. After standing there for 10min someone finallyacknowledges and says they were sorry. Great,they take the order and now I am thinking this will be quick, nope wrong again. Intotal I waited 25min for one drink and you might think that the drive thru was busy, nope they waited on one person, plus amobile order. I will hope that this is not reflective of their normal service. On a side note, they had this awesome skeletonand the inside was so quaint, if I had time I would totally sit and read a book. I?m not sure why Starbucks is only brewing Pike Place, especially during the holiday season. I found this at several Starbucks... lately, and hope that it?s not a permanent change. However, I did go inside and requested a pour over great staff! Fast andfriendly service. One of my favorite features about this Starbucks in particular is the book and game shelf. Read more
