Stop waisting your time looking for a different breakfast place! Just go... let's start with the bagles....the 2 of us had the... stuffed bagles and when I say they were awesome. They were so good I litterally went back in for seconds. This is the 3rd timein my life something was that good. Yes, they are stuffed and so they are moist so they do not dry out but it makes them alittle doughy...that is 100% fine. It is how they are supposed to be and as such perfect. Coffee was take it or leave it but thepeople and the food was perfect. Just what I wanted and needed on vacation. Already recommended to family who just bought ahouse nearby. Read more
We went to Giovanni?s for breakfast for the adults and drinks for the kids (just out of the cooler). We got stuffed everything... bagels and they were fantastic! The coffee was no fuss, but fresh, hot and cheap! The owner came out and chatted with us, whichwas very sweet. I wish we?d had time to go back for more. Just delicious! Had a breakfast catered for a large family reunion..Bagels incredibly good, and really enjoyed the stuffed... bagel sandwiches. Fruit bowls so fresh and a very ample amount. Cant wait for my next trip to Emerald Isle. Know I will bevisiting Giovanni's for sure.. Thank you for providing such a nice way to end our family beach week! Read more
I would give them 10 stars if I could. I'm from NY and these bagels were better than NY. Delicious, soft and fresh. We went... there every day and this place didn't disappoint. The ladies behind the counter were super friendly and sweet. If I could getthem delivered to Albany, I would. Read more
Just came home from a vacation and my family and I have visited this place 2 times!! HEAVEN! I literally have never had a better... bagel. I couldn't stop raving about them. I got the jalapeno Cheddar with veggie cream cheese. My regret was that I didn't trythe stuffed bagel! I'm from Massachusetts, and am sad we don't have this bakery up here! When Don Giovanni?s was by the pool it used to be the best bagel sandwiches you could get. Now it?s awful. You can?t order bagel... sandwiches in the shop anymore. I ordered 2 everything bagels and 1 plain bagels and got 3 plain bagels. Bagels looked gross andburnt. They didn?t even bother to put the cream cheese on the bagels. Will never be back so sad to see what?s happened and theowner was the one who took my order to make matters worse. Read more
Best bagels around ! Cooked perfectly on the outside , and soft on the inside. I've had the Onion /Garlic and the Cheddar bagel... so far with scallion and veggie cream cheese, Both absolutely delicious . Can't wait to try another flavor next time ! Read more
The old location had the best bagels but today was a disappointing experience. The sesame bagels we ordered were flat, doughy... and salty. One bite and they went into the trash. I wished we had looked at them before we got home as I would have returnedthem. I couldn?t believe this is what was put in a customer?s bag. Read more
