We made reservations and were seated right away. Wait staff was amazing, Melissa was our waitress. We had a wonderful meal. I... had crab cakes and they were the best I have ever had. My Father and Son had the swordfish special and it was delicious. Wehad crab dip and blackened shrimp and scallops for our appetizer and it was amazing. Desert was chocolate cheese cake and itwas also delicious. We will definitely be going again!! Read more
Great service from Beth and the service team. The crab dip would be ordered everytime we visit. The sushi role with sheepshead... had a ton of sauces, a bit too much, flavor was there. Might reconsider based on roll of the day, perhaps ask for lightersauces. The scallops were the star, dang good, killer risotto with this melon/bacon topping that rocked! A modern style place with great food and service. Reservations accepted but we didn?t know. They found us a nice table and we... certainly enjoyed our date night there. We shared the oysters with collards which was delightful! Then we had salads topped withcrab cake and shrimp. Wine selection was great and we found a tasty Chardonnay to pair with our meal. My husband and I had such an incredible experience at Caribsea. I have been coming to Emerald Isle for 38 years. For the past... few years on our yearly vacation, I had been meaning to try this place out and just didn't get around to it. I'm so glad wefinally had an opportunity to. The food was absolutely fantastic and the environment was so enjoyable. We chose to sit up on therooftop in the Torpedo Lounge. The views were gorgeous and the staff were so pleasant. We will definitely begin to include thisplace in our yearly visit. Read more
Wonderful atmosphere, great service, food was excellent. I just personally don't love a la carte menus, which is why it's not a... full 5 stars . We had poached shrimp sushi roll, oysters, steak Diane, seared scallops, crab dip, shrimp &scallops and freshcatch of the day swordfish. Had a great date night at Caribsea! Gourmet 5 Stars always great food and service! If you?re local to the area great place to go... eat dinner! You want to make a reservation and plan on spending over $100 for Two but it is worth every penny! I recommend Edwinas your server! Read more
