Picked up order they weren?t very busy. The girl that gave me our food was possibly new, only gave us 1 bag. We were missing... half our order didn?t realize until we got home. No big deal it happens I have worked in food industry so I get it. The realissue is the manager, or at least she seemed like the manager. When I called she had an attitude. When I came in she had a badattitude still. She treated me like I was inconveniencing her. When you spend the money you do here and your understanding youjust want your food you should not have to be treated this way. She also was nasty to the employees. Witnessed one employee being totally rude and unreasonable with another fellow employee talking down to her and belittling her... making facial expressions in a demeaning way if it were me I would have quit on the spot. Due to allergy reasons I placed 2 separate orders. When I received my food both orders were packaged in the SAME takeout... container. Anyone with an allergy knows that's a big NO due to cross contamination. Needless to say I was out of $31. Not tomention the overload on sauce was just out right ridiculous. That's the best part of reviews. It makes it so that my 1 visit here is enough to make it my only visit here. Absolutely... disgusting and unprofessional. Girl at front counter playing on her phone and with her hair in the food prep area. No hair netswith employees who clearly need them. Had to keep repeating myself because of the language barrier from an employee who youcould tell did not care in the slightest. I am willing to do what is needed, at least try and pretend you are paying attentionwhen we place our orders.... I feel like if you're not surprised when your order is wrong, the atmosphere was bad to beginwith. I'd be willing to guess they were just having a bad day if it weren't for the other reviews. Very poor customer service. Ordered delivery directly through their website and the delivery is outsourced to DoorDash. When... part of our order was missing the store said to contact DoorDash. Called DoorDash and they said since we ordered through thestore directly to contact the store. After calling the store again we were told the only way to get our missing items is tocome pick it up or reorder through DoorDash. The store said they can't send someone with the missing items because they are nota delivery company. Inquired about getting a refund and they told us the only way to get refunded is if we bring the items backto the store. I will not be ordering from Wingstop again. Read more
Wings are okay, always seem overly greasy though and not very crispy. Sauces are okay, the hickory bbq is the best in my... opinion. There are better options out there, but this place isn't terrible either. Their fries are usually sub par though. :( Ithink they need to turn up their fryer oil heat or cook less in it so it gets back up to temperature faster. Read more
Ordered our food via mobile. Got 2 orders of 20 boneless wings (garlic parmesean, lemon pepper, hawaiian) said it was going to... be 16-20 mins. I go in to get the food after 25 minutes, and was told they still needed an extra 10 mins to finish. Get the foodhome, only to find out they gave us only 20 boneless wings. Girlfriend calls them up to let them know what happened, and shecould hear the manager yell that they did not mess up the order, but was going to remake the order for us. Got the second orderof food, only to find out they gave us hot and spicy wings instead of the Hawaiian like we asked. Fries were really good, wingswere meh.
