This is the worst Wendys I've been to. I have been here several times over the last few years as I drive through from Pittsburgh... to Chicago. Everytime I say it will be my last time there and then I give them another chance. Every time, we wait forever toget food that isn't hot, fries that aren't fresh, and drinks without ice. I literally just ordered a cheeseburger because theydidn't have grilled chicken... again. I tossed it straight in the trash. It was cold like it's been sitting out all day. Nothing on it either. Had great service. They told us that we were the nicest people that had gone through the drive thru all day and one of the guys... there actually bought our meal for us, as a thank you. Thanks to that dude. Read more
Food was good, but the kitchen order accuracy leaves a lot to be desired. Person taking order & receipt was correct, but didn't... get what we ordered correct. Drive-thru line too long to return and doors were locked at 7:45pm. We were just passing throughElyria on the way to pick someone up at Cleveland Hopkins Airport, didn't have time to wait in drive-thru because it was backedup. Parking lot is very dark and in poor condition. Restaurant access is very complicated to get to, especially at night. Read more
The worst fast food experience I have ever had. Missing my whole sand witch. Said it?s not their fault. Nothing they would do.... Tried to pin it on doordash. If you don?t have the product to make the order you contact doordash and tell them to contact thecustomer. You don?t just complete the order then call the customer stupid. I worked fast food as a teenager and it?s not hard.Hell my little sibling works fast food at McDonald?s if they can?t make a chicken sandwitch they tell the dasher and thecustomer can exchange an item or issue the refund then. Came through the drive-thru for a quick breakfast got two biscuit sandwiches. Unedible. The meat was fine, but I assume they... were pre-made and sitting for a while, as the biscuits were rock hard. The iced cold brew was good, although ordering it (lightice, add cream, but no sugar) seemed to confuse. Read more
Just stopped by to try breakfast. The biscuits were smaller than expected. We only got one half a piece of bacon on each... biscuit. The food tasted good, it was just the portions received were not necessarily a good value for the money. Read more
After telling them twice what my order was ( because they kept saying what), the whole order was wrong. After telling them I... was supposed to have a large frosty not a small, I noticed my potato didn't have the toppings I asked for. They charged my cardfor the difference and I was on my way. When I got home, I noticed that my grilled chicken sandwich was a fried one. I don'tremember working at a fast food place being that hard when I did it as a teenager. Understaffed. They locked the doors because they did not have the staff to take care of the walk insfor service without the... cuteousy of posting a sign the dinning room was closed causing several customers to walk around the store looking for a wayin. I observed several potential customers highly upset and get in their vehicles and leave. A little extra min to post a signsaying the dining room was close couldn't have been a issue. The attitude in my opinion of the duty supervisor was less thendesirable. Read more
