This would be a 1 star, but the young man who was running the speaker was polite and sounded content being at work. The down... fall was the female manager. ( I assume due to different color polo style shirt) she was extremely pushy and rude. Responding"mhm" walking away and rolling eyes to my "have a nice day". This is sad that Wendy's hires such miserable workers. I understandhow you can be any emotion, but do not take it out on a polite customer. That is NOT how you manage a store. This is the best wendys experience around these or other parts. The service and people are real, and always hot and... fresh. Cannot speak for other times but the lunch crew from 1-2 pm is on point, real, fast, and fresh. To whomever sees this,the lunch crew gets it... 6 out of 5 stars. Read more
Spent all that money remodeling the inside and the outside of the building.. but the bathrooms are still the same. Just went in... there as of 06/28/2022, and the lady's restroom looked disgusting.. poor flush on the toilet.. didn't look clean... no toiletpaper in the big stall.. and the second smaller stall was not flushed or cleaned after someone clearly took a number 1 and 2 Read more
Sandwich was not very hot, but the baked potatoes was. Husband said nuggets were ok. He enjoyed the new strawberry frosty.
Worst worst place to go to ever! After 2 trips there from grafton they still did not get my order right and also did not give me... what I paid for. 34$ for a big disappointment ???? Do not eat here if your smart! No fried onions on my burger barely anysauce. Then these are the bacon doubles they gave us kids burgers no bacon or vegetables. This is my favorite fast food restaurant ever. They have the best burgers hands down (fresh never frozen beef). The fries are... okay, but I don?t even mind. Try out the chocolate frosty. You won?t be disappointed. Also, a little secret recipe: Number 1,double, mayo, ketchup, double bacon, and cheese (that?s it). It will really be good. At least I think so. Read more
I ordered a crispy chicken deluxe in the Drive-Thru. She told me she didn't carry a crispy chicken deluxe. So I ordered a crispy... chicken with ranch, tomato, lettuce, I see I go cheese and bacon. I also asked that they not give me romaine lettuce but insteadsalad lettuce. I had a 2 m minute conversation at the speaker with the worker about if they had asiago cheese or not. She saidshe was all out of asiago cheese. I asked what was the white slice of cheese in the mozzarella chicken picture and she told meGouda so I said well great give me that. I also ordered 2 junior bacons, a french fry and a chocolate frosty. I emphasized onceat the window to not give me romaine lettuce because who wants to eat a sandwich and bite into a big rib in the middle of thelettuce. I asked for salad lettuce instead. The manager assured me that they didn't carry romaine lettuce anymore and all theyhad was regular iceberg sandwich lettuce. I'm getting my food and driving off I was going to eat my food and sure enough therewas romaine lettuce on all three sandwiches. And the crispy chicken had mayo, and American cheese even with the 2 minuteconversation about what type of white cheese they had or didn't have. I pulled back to the drive-thru where the worker told methey had no white cheese at all and all they had was romaine lettuce. I was flabbergasted. Needless to say it was a horribleexperience when all they had to do was communicate what they truly had in the beginning, instead of giving me what they wantedto give me instead of what I wanted. And if they couldn't accommodate they could have said it at any of the 6 minutes I was inline. I love Wendy's but I will reconsider going back to this one. Read more
