Bring exact change! We were supposed to get $6.63 in change but they happened to be all out of coins instead of asking us for... the change, they said "we don't have any change so here's $6.00. Been here 3 times. First time got someone else?s order $5 less than my order. Second time was told to come back in 20 minutes... because they were doing shift change. Third time waited 35 minutes and then left. Never again, the owner should be ashamed ofthis location. The worst of the worst! Read more
You gotta eat. Love Rally's. If you're not familiar with the menu and just passing by, try a luxurious spicy chicken 2-4$ or a... good ole Big Buford. And the fry's....gotta get the fry's. Read more
Used to be one of my favorite fast food places to go to occasionally throughout my whole life, but with the way today went I... don't think we'll ever go back quite honestly. Used to be such a great place with good food, and friendly workers. Read more
For an understaffed place the food was awesome, there was a wait when I went, but I was told the reason, and became more... understanding. The food was still quality, the workers were under stress but killed the wait complaining by delivering goodservice and yummy food. This is the second time I have come to get a late dinner from you and both times, my order was wrong. What I ordered, I did not... receive. Tonight I was missing the lettuce, tomato, onion and second slice of cheese on the Fry Double burger and another time Iordered the Mother Cruncher Chicken...all it had on it when I got home and opened it up was, just a breaded chicken patty on aplain bun! Had absolutely nothing on it! Maybe the staff/crew needs and extensive class on what all goes on your sandwiches.Needless to say, I am so disappointed that I may have to go elsewhere for my meals...and I hate that because your meat isdelicious but I still expect to get what I order! Mostly I drive up around 8 to 10 pm. Almost every time I go it's the same employees who are in the tiny restaurant. I would like... to say there is one worker whom I belive could be what people used to call a woman , but afraid to cause any negative feed backfor saying anything other than employee but (if identifiable appropriate) she was so very kind and attentive to making sure theorder was correct , hot and fresh. I am not trying to offend or liable but I didn't notice the employees name so thats the onlyway I ln9q how to describe without trying to offend. But great worker probably mid to early twenties around 5'2" tall. Great job, next time I'll make sure to look at the name tag #oops#tryinghardtobeunoffencive. Read more
