This is a must have when I come back home to visit! Nothing like a Romanburger, waffle fries with cheese and vinegar and a... lemonade to wash it down. If I could give negative stars I would. I ordered through Doordash and could only finish half of my sandwich. It tasted odd, and... after a while I started getting a bad stomach ache. After spending my whole night throwing up everything in my system, and mywhole morning in the hospital. They gave me salmonella. When I called to warn them their product or how their preparing it gotme sick. I was called a liar because no one else called up there being sick. This place and the staff are so nasty. Customer service here is terrible. My husband went to pick up our online order and the lady behind the counter asked him the... name.. he then proceeded to provide my first name. She again said ?nameee? with more of an attitude and he spoke up and said myfirst name again. She then yelled ?LAST NAME?.. like he was an employee there and was supposed to know that it comes in as thelast name. He told her ?don?t worry I?ll never be back? and she then gave an excuse that they are short staffed and busy. Noreason to yell at a customer. The food was disgusting as well. We wont be back. Had a coupon for this location, so went for lunch. Sandwich was good. Although they were shady with the cheese and fries. ... Literally had 4 fries and 1/2 of cup of cheese. I guess the cheese is more than enough for the 4 fries. I recommend the lakeave Mr hero. He always hooks it up. Read more
The only thing that was good was The appetizers...ordered a romanburger and apparently they had no toppings..because it came... with a burger patty, lettuce and mayo that's all!! They didn't even tell me that they were missing any other ingredients becauseI ordered it online. Read more
