Would love to talk to the owner of this store! It?s awful!!!! I ordered on the app. took 20 minutes to make it to the window... only to get told to pull up! So now I?m waiting on fast food for at least 35 minutes! Then left half my order inside thebuilding as they go and deliver to other cars! And the attitudes are awful! You need a whole new staff!! I left before theycould bring my tea out. I was afraid with the attitude they would spit in it! Service was awful. Waited in drive through for over ten minutes. Finally just left and went to Wendy's
Inside of store was dirty and not well stocked. I had ordered a sweet tea and was given a non sweet tea so instead of waiting in... their always insanely long line ???? I went in and was thown a cup to go over to the soda station and get. It was wet, andsticky and gross. I went into the restaurant because both lines were very long. Although my food was hot THIS TIME, the wait was long. There were... only 2 people ahead of me, but the 2 cooks were slow and they were having a hard time keeping up. The manager apologized for thelong wait. The first day I went there, they were busy, I went thru drive thru, ordered, paid, given drinks and sundae, told to pull... forward. I did. Moments later given food, went over and parked, wrong food, walked in, exchanged for right food, thew out thebag I returned to them. With food shortages and limitations they throw out good food,I could have saved that wrong food and ateit later than throwing it out. Too much good food is thrown out by McDonald's everywhere. It's a sad shame, like they have noconsciousness about it. There are hungry people in Elyria who would like a meal. The place is busy. I recall they didn't have agood day that day. A man was yelling about something didn't go right, or wrong food. But he was clearly upset. Ate fries, atequarter pounder, about half way through, raw before I noticed it. Contacted corporate next day. I put raw burger in coolercooked it the next day. Went there a week later when it was 90°+ out, they had no sweet tea, complete out around 1500 or 3pm.I canceled my order and left. How could they be out of sweet tea, I went to Avon McDonald's. Their drive through is awkward fora large pickup truck with a dually. They had sweet tea, went home. So far I have not had a good experience at this McDonald'stwice. Corporate was contacted the first time. Disappointed the second time with no sweet tea. I'm just not a soda fan. Granted,it's hard for them to hear over a diesel engine to give an order. First time stopping here. Was not impressed. It was 8 o'clock in the morning. We were the only people in line and all we were... getting was two hot coffee's. Sat at the pickup window for a good 4 minutes. I was thinking "Yay It's Going to Be Good AndFresh." Nope far from it. It was burnt. If I would have had the time I would have went back but we were in a hurry. Varydisappointing. Read more
