Chicken nuggets were pitiful. Not fresh. Just not right. Spicy chicken sandwich was good. Rated a three because you know the... nuggets was like eating day old nuggets I reheated in the microwave and left sit out. Spicy chicken sandwich was actuallypretty awesome. They tried to give me a iced coffee that looked like milk. I asked them to remake it, the girl got her manager. The manager gave... me the biggest attitude! Made me pull up, brought out cold food and rudely handed me the coffee and said well? Is that better??Then I reminded her that I was still missing 2 drinks. That took 5 minutes to fetch the other sodas. I can handle bad food andlonger waits, but the extreme attitude and rudeness from the manager? I just ordered a coke through the drive thru, they handed me a sweet tea, I popped the lid up and sipped to make sure. They took... it back and handed it to the person behind me through the drive thru. I?m sure it was on accident but wow. The McDonald's at South Abbe and broadway is well ran and proficient. Our orders have been always correct and never have we had... to pull off to the side to wait for our food. Well ran, friendly and knowledgeable staff!!:thank you. FYI This McDonald's is athousand percent better than the McDonalds in Grafton for example this has always happened to me and my wife, we place our ordernothing fancy to combo meals drive up to the window pay and like clockwork please pull into parking spot 3 we're waiting on blahblah blah. Never once have I ever ordered food went to the window paid and received my food not one time. Please take yourexceptional and knowledgeable staff to McDonald's in Grafton and train them properly. Tuesday July 20 at 8:15 pm i pulled into the Abbe rd & Broad st McDonald's to oder 2 large sweet tea's. The was barely moving. I... was two vehicles from ordering. 40 min later at 8:55 pm I finally made it to the pick up window. Come on McDonald's you need todo better then that. Read more

This is a good McDonalds. The store is clean and well designed. They have the new ordering kiosks so you can place your order... yourself and they will bring it to you. Very cool! I like to get the hot fudge Sunday, which is really good here. I recommendthis place to grab a quick bite to eat. Read more
My roommates and I live down the street, so this makes for a quick and easy stop for lunch or dinner when we're tired after... work. Every time I go here, however, I am treated and talked to disrespectfully by the employees, and the managers to nothing tocorrect this. Additionally, the food is always poorly made, old, and dried out. If there was a closer or better option to thisMcDonalds, id go there. This store has one redeeming quality, and that's convenience.
