Location recently updated drive thru with a temporary menu as a place holder until permanent fixture is ready. Just having... something to reference at the order speaker makes a huge difference. Food was quick and tasted great. Read more
Called at 8:30 and asked if they were open till 9 they said yes, got there at 8:40 and they were closed down. No one was there.... Very upset and disappointed especially since this is not the first time!! The last time they closed at 8:38. Obviously someoneneeds to step up and do their job!! Or get new workers!!! Read more

I went to use the drive thru and they had no menu outside because it got knocked down. So I went inside to look at the menu and... order, but their inside is closed. As I was looking at the menu, the employee told me it was closed and that I could figure outwhat I wanted then go back outside to the drive thru to order. I was shocked that he couldn't take my order using the drive thruregister to accommodate me. So no business for them and no wonder they barely had any customers. This location has only beenopen for a couple years and it's the second poor experience I've had out of the 3 times I've been there. Read more
Score would have been higher if they didn?t forget half of our meal. Went to call them when we got home with our meal to let... them know they forgot half of our food and the phone rang busy for an hour. Deserve a refund or store credit. Read more
My father waited in line for over a half hour. Ordered a famous bowl with gravy and chicken on the side, a bucket of chicken, 2... sides of mashed potatoes and biscuits. Checked his bag before driving off? no famous bowl so he told them twice he needed itwith gravy and chicken on the side due to dietary restrictions and they couldn?t even bother to do that not too mention not anybutter or honey for the biscuits in the bag with 2 napkins? What kind of service is that when you spend over $30 just to try andfeed his family. It literally looks like soup they put so much gravy on it. It?s ridiculous you can?t get what you order, Idon?t think it?s rocket science to read a simple food order ticket and place the items in the bag as they were ordered. Oh andwhen you try and call their phone is off the hook and busy I?m sure because they just could care less. I?ll be contactingcorporate and twitter as well since this is such a hard task. Read more
Best KFC franchise around. Orders are always spot on, and they are fast. Worth the extra drive if you want a quality meal!!
