Atmosphere onky gets 3 stars because I was in the drive through, and kind of hard to make that fancy, maybe add more plants on... the sides??? So, the true Dunkin nature is the people, and they are always very nice here. The pup cups are always free and mylittle puppy is so excited to see that mountain of whipped cream! The workers at this location are 99% of the time very sweet,happy and pleasant. I get the occasional dry person having a bad day and I do not hold it against them. Been their done that,they are at work and being nice, just not sounding fake happy. That is OK! Most of the time these workers are very peppy andsweet. Drink orders are almost always right, the occasional forget no ice when asked, but I get that habits for making thedrink are hard to break. They are always happy to remake it if I point it out. I love Dunkin?I go there frequently. The wait in the drive thru is so long! It?s never a quick stop for coffee. I always think ?... it?s coffee and donuts, what?s taking so long? I am unsure if they are under staffed or what the issue is but they are alwaysslow. Other than that my coffee has always been great ! Read more

I was here today @10:30am and they were so slammed! My complaint is not on them it?s on the impatient dashers who were rude to... the employees. I know there is a lot of newer faces so patience is a must. The employee at the front register is amazing everytime I come in. She was taking control of the situation and was very professional. These employees deserve some type ofrecognition for how hard they work. Dealing with people is not easy. Thank you to all of you and your hard work! Read more

The staff is extremely rude and have no customer service skills. They can't even get a simple order correct. Every single time... we go there they either put sugar in both coffees or no sugar at all in the both coffees. HOW HARD IS IT TO MAKE 2 COFFEES ONEWITH JUST CREAM AND ONE WITH CREAM AND SUGAR! All I went for was three donuts. The guy at the window was making jokes with the employees all time. And then he handed me this... bag. I took one bite. The chocolate was all on the inside of the bag as you can see. There?s three little pieces of wax paperseparating the donuts from each other. The consistency of the chocolate was like water. We ordered a box of coffee, a mixed box of donuts to go. I played and got my box right away. But I was asked to pull forward to... wait for the coffee. It took well over 7 minutes. But they were very kind so I tried to just chalk it up to being under staffed.I took the coffee to the group at the voting poll only to discover I hadn't received any coffee creamer nor sugars as it isalways provided or at least offered. It wasn't even offered and I was in such a hurry. Plus when I opened the cap so coffeecould be poured, the spout had been shoved crooked into the box which led to coffee gathering in it and I burned myself anddrenched the box. I tried to find a number for this establishment, and ended up calling another location not far from here. Shegave me the last working number they had only to get a recorded message telling me this number no longer worked. So I head the10 minutes back to this location, head inside where an employee is leaned over the count from behind the counter yelling in tohis phone! As I was trying to speak to the 2 employees near the register, this young man talked so lid that we couldn't heareach other. I stood there glaring at this guy and was about to say something but a coworker did instead. He merely looked up atme and sauntered behind the wall! No apology, no anything. Not only are they seemingly well staffed,but there was 3 ladies and 3guys all standing around. So I told them what happened and the young kid that handed out my coffee apologized and offered a freedrink of choice????. The 1 young lady assembled sugars and creamers in the bag. They gave me plastic knives and they were out ofstirrers. I was told their manager had just quit so I hope they find someone to manage this mess. Coffee typically tastes like watered down sugar with every visit. I could order the same drink 5 days a week and it will be... presented differently every time. Seems like there is zero consistency in the drink making. I?m alright with Dunkin? Donuts, butthis location should be avoided in my opinion. Read more

I try not to leave bad reviews but this is by far the worst Dunkin? I have ever been to. Not only does the line not move in the... morning, literally sat for over 20 minutes two days in a row and didn?t even move one car length. If you are able to order,chances are your order will not be correct. My avocado toast with bacon had no bacon and wasn?t even toasted. I literally gotsoft bread with avocado spread. I emailed customer care and I was told that someone would ?contact me? and I have yet to becontacted. I will update this review if I ever get that email or phone call. Avoid this place, and just go to Starbucks. Read more
