Surprisingly, disappointed at this location. Service was lacking, because waitress(es) were more interested in talking to... coworkers then serving. Ordered the turkey dinner sandwich, great concept right!? I couldn't eat it as a sandwich, I had to usea fork - the scoop of stuffing broke the bread so it could not be handled as a sandwich. I could not get the waitress'sattention to ask for one piece of toast so I could replace the bread. They didn't have loaves of Banana bread for sale, I wouldhave bought one after receiving the skimpy serving that we get. Main reason why I Love Bob Evans. It just made us realize thatwe should have waited and driven a little closer to home and gone to our local Bob Evans. Read more
Went there on Labor Day ordered to go. They were very busy a 25 minute wait for dining room. The staff was still friendly and... patient. The manager was handling a KAREN gracefully. I got my food right on time it was hot and tasted very very good. Greatjob to the entire team! Read more
I will go to a Bob Evans when we are traveling because the food is usually good quality. The service is hit or Miss depending... upon location. Yesterday the service was not the best, I ordered an omelette without cheese, it took them three times beforethey got it correct. Read more
