My son and I stopped in the pretzel shop inside the Walmart in Elyria at 3:00pm. Nobody greeted us and both workers were... otherwise busy with counting money and the kid looked at me and said we're closed. I have never seen any place inside a storethat would close in the middle of the day and the kid wasn't even nice about it. I have never been greeted there ever theemployees act like your bothering them for them to do their job. I'm going to look up the corporate number and talk to themabout how their store and it's employees aren't working. Oh and I love writing reviews I actually have a following on Google. Read more
I?m so shocked this place hasn?t had new workers, I go here a lot in hopes things get better and the pretzels are always so... burnt they?re like a brick for all that I can drive to north Olmsted. And the workers don?t even say hi when you walk up toorder. Read more
I came in to get a bucket of the mini pretzel dogs and instead of a customer friendly talk. The person said ?That would take me... an hour? didn?t give me an alternative way or to see if I would come back in an hour. Guess I don?t need to come back here everagain! Read more
I just went to your store in Elyria walmart and was very disappointed by your employee there, she refused to wait on anyone that... was brown skinned, she didn't greet us but greeted all your non brown customers, she's always rude to us and talks down to uswhen she's forced to wait on us. please if this is who you like to hire just put a sign up saying no brown skins allowed, wewill definitely take our money elsewhere! Subway food taste nasty here. Not the same! The food is not fresh at all.
I used to like it but prices where a bit high.I love their frozen lemonade too.However last time I was there my little girl... wanted pretzels the small ones .Then she comes and tell me there was a hair in one of the pretzels gross the worst thing is isnot that the hair fall on the pretzel but that was cook inside the pretzels somehow it was in the inside.I told the girl thattook my order and she looked at me weird.Then try to get a fresh bash of it.I said not thank you.We don't want new pretzels ortrying to get $ back but you guys should wear hair protection. I love these pretzels, BUT THE CUSTOMER SERVICE IS HORRIBLE! I have not been back since I can never get the younger employees to... assist me. If their back is turned to me, they won?t say ?one moment? or acknowledge me in any way. I tried to call after I wasignored & decided to just walk back over & still nobody helped me. They want tips when they ring you up but they treat you likedirt. It?s very sad. You guys need to manage employees. Read more
