It?s been a very long time since I have been to a restaurant where everyone was so kind and inviting. We came after a wedding... rehearsal spur of the moment with over 20 people and they accumulated us with such enthusiasm and kindness. The managerJennifer, just as beautiful on the inside as she is on the outside. She said ?hey you?re the one we were waiting for? that meansa lot, she has an outstanding attitude and Applebees should consider themselves lucky to have her. Robin the server, well shewas just as great as the manager, she was calm and kind and did not seem overwhelmed at all by the group and that?s not an easytask. This location was terrible when we visited the other day, and on a Wednesday none the less. The appetizer came out after our... meals were served first. Our server literally asked us if we were ready 30 seconds after being sat down. She forgot our drinkorders, gave us the wrong drinks, did not check on us but talked to the table next to us for 10 minutes. Gave us the wrong sizeboxes. First night I ordered AYCE boneless wings with coleslaw and fries for $13.99 . Whoever was plating the food only put 6-8 wings... per plate and only gave a little black sauce cup of slaw. Fries were plentiful and tasty. Next night was better with 8-12 wingsper plate. Recommend the sweet chili or sweet Asian sauce ( can?t remember what it was called) because it?s actually hotterthan extra hot buffalo . Read more
Going to keep it real this place actually deserved a lesser star, but I admire service workers who work hard and smile through... adversity. The waitress was excellent going from table to table not missing a beat. She went above and beyond. I forgot hername. The food wasn't the greatest, I was disappointed. Will never order the endless boneless wings again. Took to long to getmy 2nd order and the ice cream on my blonde had melted making a dessert I enjoy not as enjoyable. Read more
Veronica V was awesome! She's rated 5 stars! The kitchen only 3 stars. Food came out to slow, ordered all you can eat, the... reorders had a sad 4 pieces on the plate. If they are short on kitchen staff, double the amount on the reorder. By the time theygot the 2nd sad reorder. Everyone else was done with their meal. We made a car side order. They said the order would be ready by 6:33. It wasn't ready until after 7:00. We live less than 5... minutes away, all the food was cold (not Luke warm, cold). My husband ordered a bud light, they gave us a Miller light. MyAsian salad was made up of 65% chow-mein noodles. All the chicken looked & tasted like it had been sitting around for hours. Just don't bother. By far the worst service I have had dining out in years. We were seated for 8 minutes before the waitress... decided to come by for the first time. She consistently was sitting at the bar. I asked her not to use the wireless gamingdevice to process my credit card payment. She ignored my request and attempted to do it anyway. I had to physically reach for mycard to keep her from doing so. There are other locations wish going to at just go to another restaurant. Read more
Half price Happy Hour appetizers were cheaper than a meal. They didn't have Bud Light or many other beer specials on the Happy... Hour menu. A party I was with spent more on their meal than they planned on and gave the waitress an insulting tip. Sheconfronted them, which I think is inappropriate as well. Read more
