Waited 30 minutes inside for my order, when I got it the Beef and Cheddar was roast beef with an unmelted piece of cheese on it.... Showed the cashier the sandwich and he said they would have to remake it and it would be another 20 minutes. I just asked for mymoney back and left. If 0 stars was an option, that would be the rating. My husband waited 45 minutes for our order only to be told they were out... of roast beef. Everyone behind him in the drive through had left?.so it wasn?t because they were busy. I understand productshortages, but there is no excuse for making a customer wait this long before telling them about it. Read more
This location is awful. We pulled through the drive through to order a few sliders. After a bit, people started to leave the... line because it wasn?t moving AT ALL! We were staying very patient because we know things can get busy and hectic easily. Afterseveral more minutes, I went into the Dairy Queen and asked what was going on with the drive thru. They were busy goofing off.She said they were helping everyone in the lobby first. I looked behind me and there were three people who had already orderedfood and two of them has their food in their hands. I told her several people had left the line and we had been waiting forquite a while. She ?assured? me she knew what was going on in the drive thru. I told her she needed to take care of thecustomers in the drive through and she said she didn?t care about the drive thru. I turned to leave and she said again that shewasn?t going to do anything with the drive thru. As I walked outside, the car that was sitting at the window asked what wasgoing on. I said nothing was going on but the girl who I spoke with (a girl with black long hair) didn?t care about us waitingand wasn?t going to help. The lady said they were stuck because they had already taken their money. So disappointing whenpeople are in customer service jobs yet are clearly not in favor of good customer service. We won't be back. All we wanted was a few roast beef sandwiches. When we went to order them, the lady said they were out of... roast beef. SERIOUSLY? You are out of the item that you are known for? That's your signature item and you are out at lunch time(12:00). I told the lady to scram, and she got very upset and said I could *** off and leave. I told her no u and left. ONLY GIVING ONE STAR BECAUSE I CANT GIVE 0 stars The employees at this restaurant are incredibly rude and unfriendly. They... never once smiled or acted polite to any of the customers that they interacted while I was there. I waited for my food for about20mins and no one ever checked to make sure I had been helped and when I finally did get my food I got crusty old fries. Theemployees were on their phones instead of helping customers and then going back to making food without washing their hands. Iordered a $10 meal and the piece of chicken that I got on my sandwich was the size of a chicken slider. All of the condimentdispensers were empty. I will never visit this location ever again. After 42 mins of waiting in the drive through we were repeatedly told that our chicken nuggets were being taken. Not sure what... that means. After our 42 min wait we told them to give us whatever food they did have ready and left. Unfortunately we only gothalf of the food we paid for. No one should ever stop at this restaurant. Read more
Waited over 20 minutes in drive up just to order at the window, because the order speaker was broke. When we finally ordered... they informed us they just ran out of sauce. The inside was locked up I'm guessing due to short staffing issues. Believe me thisisn't the first time we have waited over 20 minutes to get a food order. It's supposed to be fast food. Great service! I love it when a fast food place is run well. I got chicken nuggets, and they were all fresh and hot! And of... course, the Arby's sauce is to die for! My favorite is the honey dijon mustard with anything there! So good. The store was alsoclean, which is a plus. They were wiping down tables as we were there, which made me feel safe about my food. 5/5 Read more
