I just went there and asked the guy behind the counter what the deals were and he was so rude and hateful to me for no reason... and I was nothing but nice and polite to him! I said I was going to download the app real quick to check out the deals that thesign talked about and he just stared me down and didn?t bother to respond. Then when I said ?oh I see you have the same dealsonline as you mentioned? in a very polite way and he said ?Yeah that?s what I told you.? I said ? I ordered online to get the 2 for $5 each deal. Y'all still charged me full price! The attendant even acknowledged the fact. She... tried contacting the manager. No response. I went in today and no response back from the manager. I wanna know what y'all aregonna do about the over charge and false advertising. Read more
I asked to upgrade my water glass to a small cup. I told them plainly that I was just going to drink water. I assumed I would... just be paying for the price of the cup. I was not informed that I would be paying for a small fountain pop. When I complained Igot an "I'm sorry". If he was sorry he would have refunded my money. We just stopped at subway in the south belt Walmart in st joseph... there were two workers in there, 1 a sweet younger lady and... the other which name is kay( I guess a manger) and her customer skills were pitiful to say the least, I'm a delivery driver andeat at several subways throughout nw Missouri and ne Kansas at least 2-4 times a week...always order the same thing and she gotrude and told my gf and I that she couldn't make our wrap because they dont do double meat on a wrap, she got snooty with mebecause my sandwich was to big and hard to close...she was down right rude about the way she handled it to... they only had acouple different breads and most of what went on our order she had to get out of the back... that made her even worse...therewere kids in the lobby and she was starting to be the same way with them as well as being a complete b**** to the other girlthat was working there...be warned...if yall come down and see a heavy set middle aged woman with short curly died black hair toget the hell outta there...I told her that everywhere else makes our food and doesn't have an issue and she said that she'sgonna report the other locations to corporate.... idk who in their right mind put this woman in charge but I had a really hardtime not yelling at her....someone needs to do something about her and if anyone can post the number to corporate that would begreat.... she's got me to the point that my shrink is gonna make some extra money this week...thanks kay!!!
