Kids were super friendly and was on it, the service was great! however the prices are rediculous. I ordered a large pepperoni... pizza with extra cheese. I'm certain I did not get extra cheese and I paid 20 dollars and 67 cents for a large pizza. Wth! Icould have bought a Jack's pizza from Walmart that would have saved me 15 dollars. I will next time. Mackenzie was a great help tonight. My mom called and placed a order which we thought was at the south belt. When I went to pick... it up the workers told me they didn't have a order. So we went back home. My mom then called all the stores in st Joe. And noone had our order. So after waiting 10 mins, I called back to south belt and replaced our order. I spoke with Mackenzie and sheinformed me that we would be sure to get our order and she gave us discounts. Even though it wasn't her fault. But so very gladshe went above and beyond on what she did. We were traveling up I-29 and a couple of people in the car were hungry and, to make a long story short, it was decided they... wanted Personal Pan Pizzas from Pizza Hut. So, we ordered them in the app and then exited to pick them up. The pizzas wereready quickly. They were hot, fresh, and tasty, Employees were friendly. Restaurants was clean and well-maintained. Some of theemployees were goofing off in the dining room with friends and off-duty employees. So, attentiveness and professionalismsuffered a little. However, that sort of comes with the territory when most of your employees are in their teens and early 20s. Read more
