This store has never really been what you call "Well maintained " The presence of trash and sticky drinks all over on the... parking lot and in front of the door is very unattractive. I have been in the C store business for over 40 years including a fewyears with Casey's and I know how a store should look, especially one that serves food. Please train your cashiers how to smileand welcome the customers. Also, on a day when it's 90 degrees before noon make sure your frozen drinks are frozen. Good luck Read more
Order didn't come out as ordered. Also, ordered about 80 minutes early and the lettuce was pretty much mush when picked up.... Gives the feeling that the pizzas are cooked when ordered, not when scheduled for pickup. I would have thought that the lettucewould have just been put on since I showed up 10 minutes early, but mush is the only description that would be accurate for thatlettuce. ... buyer beware.... Only order if you prefer to be ignored and served whatever they decide is best for you. Read more
3 times in a row, did not get what i ordered got have of the order one time. another time didn't get my order at all, since door... dash took over delivering 1 out of 5 times I got my order correct. This place has gone down hill dirty and filthy and cant dothe service we pay for with rising prices this is a not so good deal anymore. If you are a doordasher don't go to Casey's on 22nd because I'll take their sweet time and they don't know how to wash their... hands. They use the same pizza cutter on every Pizza without wiping it off in between pizzas don't go there. Read more
Every time I call here at about 5 or 6 pm they never have bread they are always calling me back everytime I have tried to order... here and said they are out of white bread or something else!! How do you have a sandwich shop and never have bread. In fact lasttime I ordered here I opted for the wheat bread and it was so dry I had to smother it with mayo to even eat it and swallow it! Then I call because I asked for extra onions and extra black olives then on the foot long it there was only 5 or 6 pieces on thewhole sandwich so I call and complain to the manager on duty and they said sorry I can't refund you because you ordered itonline so that money was out the door too Read more
Freaking awesome food and service. Ordered a grilled chicken salad from here for the first time and I was astounded with the... freshness, taste, presence and overall quality.
