The last three times I've picked up Door Dash from this location, I've waited 30 minutes to an hour for a pizza. Four employees,... making one pizza at a time (5-10 minutes just to put one together to stick it in the oven). Absolutely killed my time & cost mewho knows how much money. Will never, ever accept an order from this store again (not will I do so for myself--my time is toovaluable). Read more

Pump 6(six) won?t take my credit card, when I go inside she tells me it has a virus. I spent 10 minutes trying to get pump to... take different cc?s. No sign NO apologies Read more

I get there about 8:40 every morning and it's a 50/50 that they still have breakfast pizza slices for sale (the only reason I'm... going there). A few times there is nothing available and more often than that they have regular pepperoni or beef or supremepizza slices... It's not even 9 am, y'all! Keep that breakfast pizza going! I've walked in, looked at that was on that rack andwalked on more times than I can count. Read more

Just picked up a taco pizza but was first time at this Casey's and it was way greasier than my normal Casey's makes them.

Fix the printer at pumps. I have been there 3 times at 3 different pumps. Had to go inside and wait in line to get receipt! ... Should be able to complete whole "pay at the pump" process at the pump! Read more

I called in a breakfast pizza around 10:30 am. I was told my order would be ready around 11 so my boyfriend went to pick it up.... When he got there they said ?they didn?t have my order? so he called me and I repeated to her that she said ?Casey?s onwoodbine? because she said I never called. Well that obviously reminded her of who I was and then she said ?well I actuallyforgot to put that order in? -_-. I have to be at work at 11:30, but if you offer takeout you should be putting those orders inthe system. Definitely unsatisfactory and I won?t be back. Read more

I placed a delivery order last week. The dasher picked up our order and immediately cancelled it. Called the store for a refund... and was told I needed to contact doordash, which I did. After an hour on the phone they said a refund would be received withinthree business days. A week later and nothing had been credited to my account. I call doordash again and they say I need tocontact the store. I called Casey's again and got the run around from the assistant manager who refused to give me her name andhung up on me several times. After her refusal to address the situation or put me in contact with someone who could and myfourth time being hung up on, I called corporate. Upon which the issue was resolved. I love Casey's... This store just hasworthless managers and has me to a point where I will never order from them again. Read more

Ordered pizza over an hour before I wanted it delivered. It was still delivered 45 minutes after the time it was supposed to be... here. Called to check on status and the excuse was that they had orders coming in 45 minutes before I placed my order. I guessits my problem that they had to many orders to fill in a timely matter. Been going there for years, but this is the last timethey will get my business. Read more
