This was my drive-thru conversation with the employee Tuesday May 3, 2022 around 2:30 pm. Me: Hi, can I please get a 12oz iced... americano? Emp: A what iced americano? Me: What size is your small? Emp: ... Idk, a small is a small. Our sizes are S, M, andL. Me: Yes, but how many ounces is a Small? I've brought my own coffee cup but it's not very big so I need to know what size Ican order... Emp: Just pull forward and I'll look at the cup. I pulled forward, the employee charged me for a M then proceededto hand me a HOT americano. I don't expect coffee shop employees to know everything about coffee but you'd think an employeeshould at least know how many fluid ounces each of their sizes hold. A+ The teacher's pet of coffee! Update 2/16/2022 Prices increased a little at beginning of year, but very affordable as... compared to other similar establishments. Plus, the cleanest and best decorated coffee establishment in the larger NWregion. From 10/21/2021 Caribou is hands down the best coffee/tea place in town. The drinks are always great and the barristasare always nice and willing to help customers with drink selections. Plus, it offers great spaces to talk, work or even have asmall meeing...keep up the good work! Oh, and try the white chocolate mocha frozen blend. -- 5 years ago -- Always good, alwaysfriendly and great atmosphere. The lodge feel and fireplace are nice touches. This is my favorite place in town to meet and havecoffee. Have probably one meeting a week there. The drinks are consistently good and the other products offered are good andvaried as well. My Mother and I stopped in for 2 caribou coffees, the iced FaLa Latte and the blended carmal high rise with an extra shot of... expresso and extra whip. They were unfortunately not up to the normal standards of caribou coffees, and if we were still in townwe would have returned to rectify the situation. Read more
We really enjoy the drinks here at the St. Joe location. Service has always been excellent. Sometimes a bit slow but what line... at a coffee shop isn't. We've seen a change in the employees and miss some of the old familiar faces as they were super nice.The newer ones I guess we will get used to as time passes. Disappointed that they have done away with the BOGO happy hours. Read more
First time at any Caribou Coffee, for we don?t have these in our locale. While the coffee was good, and is has the typical... coffeehouse vibe, it was the service from the people here, which made a really good impression. Being that I was a ?rookie?with Caribou, I was given several reasons recommendations, and an unsolicited sample of the drip coffee. (The Mahogany wasreally good!) Good job, St Joseph Caribou staff!
