The food is 4 stars, simply amazing, delicious pizza and salad! However the service is amongst the worst.
I ordered a taco pizza for my self and another pizza and cheese sticks. They completely got my order wrong, I also waited 2... hours for my food. Paid $50 for a complete wrong order and tipped the driver $15 for the delivery. Poor customer service. I actually like their pizza. I called an hour Before they closed, they said they wasn't taking anymore... orders for the night. If you can't make a pizza in less then an hour, I don't know how u have business. And when I firstcalled, I asked for prices, the lady put me on hold for 5 minutes. Then, hung up on me. The pizza could've been cooked a little longer. It was soggy. I had to recut it. All the toppings fell off when I picked the... pizza up. The bread sticks had zero flavor. The delivery guy forgot my 2 liter of soda, so he gave me $2 back. Overall, notimpressed. Won't be ordering again. Read more

Decent food but nothing spectacular and the poor customer service could potentially shut this small place down. Ordered $75... worth of food, ordered through Doordash because I don't believe they deliver. When I got my food I found they completely forgotthe pasta I ordered, gave me a pizza that had a piece eaten out of it! When I called them they tried to say it was thedoordasher that ate the piece yet I had to remind them that they put a "Checked for quality" sticker on the box which would havebeen torn if the driver ate the piece. The poor lost girl asked me to hold and another lost girl got on the phone. She askedwhat kind of pizza it was and when I described it she said it was a worker that made one for themselves and accidentally put itwith my order! So that right there tells me they aren't actually checking for quality like the sticker says or they wouldn'thave slapped a sticker stating that on a box that was missing a piece! This new lost soul on the other end said I would need tofile a complaint with Doordash to get my missing pasta...yes amongst all this I was still completely missing the pasta! The girlsaid the pasta was there just never made it to my order! So the employees completely forgot an item, made themselves a pizza andate a piece, slapped a quality sticker on this box, gave it to Doordash to deliver to me and then wanted me to file a complaintabout Doordash!!! The girl said since I ordered through them they didn't have my address and wouldn't be able to deliver themissing pasta!! So getting my address over the phone must not be possible with this place or their workers?? Instead of bangingmy head against the wall I decided to drive to the location to retrieve my missing pasta and when I explained it to the guy inthe store he said.....we could have delivered it to you!!! My boyfriend ordered pizza from there for me to pick up. Was told it would be about another 20 minutes for my order to be... complete. It had been after 20 minutes and no one had acknowledged me when I had gone up to the counter to see if they wouldinstantly acknowledge me. They explained there was a mix up as I was waiting in the lobby as one of the delivery drivers hadtaken the 2nd item of my order on a delivery with them. The two associates that were there at the time realized the mix up andstarted reamiing the second item. As I belive the team lead was coming back from a delivery he acknowledged the mistake andgavea free dessert pizza for us on the wait. Who I originally didn't know was the owner came in and asked if I had been waitingawhile and before I could answer the team lead stepped in ad explained. The owner then made it right with our order and Iappreciate the team lead and the owner for their work tonight and making it right. Read more
