They were a little slow due to a car ahead of us but they moved quickly once they were done ordering.
Had a vet visit with a pet it was in a carrier I went in for a to-go order and the manager in charge screamed at me no pets... allowed get out now! Worst experience went to tons of places no complaints even food related for to-go orders never got screamedat for owning a pet. Clear this franchise hates animals. If you own a pet avoid here clearly they are against having a petPlease avoid going there in the past had to call because of wrong food or messed up order even cold food. clearly the managementneeds changed of something new this management is completely wrong. We were passing through the area and decided to try this burger king. It didn't seem to be very busy. The staff was very... friendly and helpful. There was a little bit of confusion about our order but nothing major. Most importantly we ended up withexactly what we asked for including the extra things we requested. And it was perhaps some of the best Burger King food I haveever had. I know to some people that might not be saying much. However I have had some completely dreadful Burger King food atother Burger King locations. This food was hot and fresh and well-made. The fries were the best! Read more
04/15/2022 I just left burger king on the belt next to Walgreens between 10:30 and 11:00 I ordered a number 2 double whopper ... with cheese king size did I get that no I got a whopper no cheese and 2 cold king size fries. I am so mad that I spent almost 20Dollars on this meal for no cheese and some cold fries. Even though there are many Burger King locations throughout St. Joseph, we prefer this location. Food has always been fresh and... tasty no matter what time we visit. We patronize the drive-thru most often, and we are always treated with the best customerservice. Staff is friendly and helpful. Keep up the good work. Read more
This is my favorite Burger King location of them all. I sincerely would work for this place just to give them a hand though.... They're understaffed and I haven't been able to get through the dive through in under three minutes yet. However, that doesn'tstop me from returning!
