I love the Auntie Anne?s in Independence, MO. Unfortunately the Manager/Staff member (older, short haired, dirty blonde) at the... Saint Joseph location puts the name to shame. Extremely rude to customers. We were told it would be a 15 minute wait for freshpretzel dogs, and asked if we could shop and come back in 15 minutes. After ignoring us the first time, she snapped at us with a?We close at 5?. More concerned with getting customers away than service with a smile. After ordering a large, we also receiveda small.
