The lady that took our order suggested a hot coffee drink for my wife. She loved it. The food was good.
Extremely unsatisfying experience at the Elwood Taco Bell tonight for our family of 4. The 2 not even half full chipotle melts... were supposed to have extra sauce which we were charged for. 1 and a third pieces of chicken each. The nacho fries weren't evenhalf full and tasted like they were made yesterday. The not even half full cheese cup was also cold and had a nasty film on top.The chicken quesadilla was almost void of sauce and had less than half the normal amount of chicken. I called to ask if anythingcould be done and got put on hold forever until I eventually gave up and hung up. Read more
Chalupas were old, falling apart, literally two peices of chicken, hardly any lettuce, and just a dash of nacho cheese. Working... second shift there is no other place open to eat late at night and it's a shame when you hand out your hard earned money justfor a few taco bell employees to not take any pride in making decent food. sometimes order is rights. Most times it?s wrong. I live 20 minutes away. No point in going here when the one in Muncie gets it... right every time. Worth an extra 10 minute drive. Read more
This was a somewhat unexpected funny experience, but the food was really fresh, and I don't know who taught them how to make... cinnamon twist, but they were scrumptious! ???? There was a young lady running the drive up who was really sweet. She knows howto be personable, keep the drive up moving, remain professional, all while her male coworker got a little off topic afterreading my company's name on the side of our vehicle, and asking what my job entailed. ???? We had a rather interestingconversation. I'm hoping between the two of us, and a little help of Law & Order??, he's a little more informed. Girl ???? Power???? This place has gone down hill. Assuming the employees don't care about their jobs. The chalupas we ordered were harder then a... hardshell taco. They was out of several items on the menu. My assumption was they just didn't want to make anymore before close.Might go back if they get new management. Or at least someone in there that cares about quality.. Read more
The pictures are of a chili cheese burrito. First time trying it. It was dry and had more shell than anything. Also, we didn't... get everything we ordered and, there wasn't any lettuce on anything. I understand if they ran out, but we were not told theywere out. We don't eat out often. Taco Bell is usually my pick, when we do. I'm very disappointed. Read more
Staff was super efficient and friendly. Food was good. Store was clean and Restrooms were clean. Plenty of parking.
