There is always something wrong when I order from this location. They either get the order wrong or you have to wait an... obnoxious amount of time even when preordered hours ahead of time. We stopped here on the way to Tucson, can't go anywhere if everyone is hungry. The day started out with some bumps, but once we... ate it got better. I've got to say service was amazing, dining area was closed because with all the rain lately, there wasroof damage. Attempted to order pizza online. They charged my card and then instantly refunded it and canceled my order. When I tried calling... to find out what happened, all I could do was talk to somebody in India at a call center that kept transferring me to the personsitting next to them in India at the call center. Was never able to speak to somebody at the store in question, let alone in theUnited States. Guess I can't order pizza from pizza hut anymore. Way to go pizza hut! This pizza hut in Eloy AZ is deceptive it advertised medem pepperoni thin crust for $11.99 when you call for take out she says... it $19.99 to me that is false advertising need less to say I didn't order because I don't like being deseved. Read more
Ordered 5 pizzas on the app. Was hung up on when I called to clarify our order then when I called back I told the young man half... my order and he put me on hold for nearly 10 minutes. When he came back on the phone he said they already made thepizzas.....they didn't even have my order right. He put me on the phone with the manager who said they would remake them butthey don't have all the ingredients now. I said that's fine just not thin crust. When I arrived she told me that she is justgoing to give me the messed up pizzas cause she thinks they messed up again. I clarified that we should have at least one bbqpizza. She said yes. Just brought 9 pizzas home and only 1 pizza is correct! Some of the pizzas tasted like old cheese. Onelooked and tasted like it had sat out for quite awhile. Needless to say everyone is still hungry and very unhappy.Unfortunately they close at 10 so by the time I re order our food and drive back they would be closed! What a hugedisappointment! Oh and when we first walked in the girl at the counter had her fingers all over her lips and in her mouth! Icalled her out and she took off to the back. Pizza hut makes a pretty good pizza. Employees are friendly and online ordering is easy.
