The pizza tasted good, but the customer service was very poor. The pizza took 45 minutes when we were told it would be a 15... minute wait. I would be understanding of this because I know how it is working in takeout, but the staff was borderline rude toall the customers we saw come in. No one was attending customers when they came in, they refused to give wait times or answerorder questions, and had poor attitudes. Overall a disappointing and frustrating experience. Read more
August 13. 2022 we ordered 2 large pizzas. When we went to pick them up they informed us that they had accidentally gave our... pizza to someone else. This was the same reason they gave us 2 weeks ago when the exact same incident occurred. The last time mydaughter waited for an extra 35 minutes while they made Our pizza. I told them this time not to bother We will take our businesselsewhere. Either they are totally incompetent or just poorly trained. Seriously, what?s the chances of that happening 2 timesin a row? Went there at around 4:30 today (Saturday July 9) for a couple slices of pizza and a pop, asked the girl who was working there... if they had any pepperoni slices ,she said there was ONE , we wanted to order 2 she said they would not make an entire pizza forone slice , they needed to sell all the plain cheese slices before they made another pizza , so we reluctantly took onepepperoni and one plain cheese slice , this pizza was OLD it tasted like it had been sitting there for DAYS! It was stale andtasted rotten even, they were ignorant and rude about making a pizza for slices but just fine with serving old pizza?! Place isalso filthy and the delivery driver was rude. So I?ve been coming here for the past 2 months and honestly I think the dairy free cheese happens to be the best dairy free... cheese I?ve had on a pizza. I have a dairy intolerance. I like that it has that fast food pizza taste which I do crave at times.My favourite is meat lovers. It?s 4 stars because the same girl has messed up my order like 3 times out of he 10 and I?ve had towait for a new pizza. I just call to remind them every time now. Read more
