We?ve been coming here for about 5 years now and we?ve always had such a great experience! The staff is always so friendly and... helpful! They know my husband by name and my son as well whether we walk in or whether we call for pickup. The food is alwaysgreat and if there is a particular way that you?d like them to prepare them you just have to let them know and they?llaccommodate - and most likely even remember your order by heart. I never leave bad reviews even if the establishment was not to my standard like. But this place never again . The rudeness of... the boss or whoever he is . The attitude was uncalled for just because I asked what other bagels they had. I get home mysandwich was disgusting. Unfortunately I?ll leave go there again . There is no reason for being rude . I got a ham, egg, and cheese on everything bagel. Bagel was so-so. When I get food from a restaurant, deli, etc. I don't expect... to have to make it myself. The bagel was cut through probably 70 - 75%. All the ingredients were stuffed into whatever portionof the bagel that was cut. It was so sloppy that i removed the ingredients and finished cutting the bagel myself, then put theingredients back in as neatly as possible. Chef must have been incredibly busy to make a sandwich this sloppy. If you'regetting breakfast, go somewhere else. They may be good for a bagel and cream cheese, but after looking at their vast menu, Iwould hesitate to order most sandwiches from there ever again. If I could a use few words to surmise someone as rude as the spanish lady working the front of house, it would be crass,... churlish, and unbothered. You would think for someone in customer service, she would be more accommodating and willing to servetheir clientele. I decided to write this review after talking to my friends and realizing how our experiences regarding this oneperson was the same- horrible. The guy that works mornings there is very pleasant- its a shame that his good service isovershadowed by such an unpleasant worker. If they were more selective of their workers, I believe manhattan bagels reputationwould recover. Read more
Came here because my normal bagel place is closed on Mondays. Service is great, and service was fast, price is good. But... Portions are small and for that reason I am out. The Everything bagel was no different than the Supermaket bagels that comeprepackaged. Very Small and you pop in a toaster. Very bland. Stingy with the cream cheese. Well time to look for another MondayBagel place because I wont be back here. Read more
A friend suggested this bagel shop and I was pleasantly surprised. The salmon bagel was so fresh and delicious, I had to go... back for it the next day. The staff members were very polite and courteous and the facility including the restroom was clean. Went there during mid- afternoon and their coffee was fresh and hot! A must- go- to place if you're in the area. Oh, the cornmuffin and jelly was so yummy, perfect for pairing with their coffee. Read more
