This dunkin the person at the drive threw has an attitude waited in line for over 20 mins. To get 2 coffees when I said out... loud what's taking so long the girl came over the speaker with an attitude didn't say sorry were short staffed untill after Icommented back. I purchased a large iced tea this morning and it did not taste like tea at all had a very bad taste. Even after I put about 15... packs of sugar in it still did taste right. Had a not tea smell to it. Will never go there again. Read more
Getting worse by the day! Staff changeover is ridiculous. They had a good team for a while. Now a bunch of kids that care... absolutely zero about customer service. Shortened hours that state 10pm closing when in actuality it?s 9:30 as the kids are toldto clean up and be gone by 10. Have signs up to please be patient and today, a Monday a sign stating drive up orders only, nowalk-in. Read more
Horrible, horrible, horrible. The wait time is ridiculous. Not sure if they hired turtles to work inside or actual people... because you wait at least 25- 30 minutes for your mobile order, inside or the drive thru, And they never get the order right!The ice tea is always watered down because they are too lazy to make a new batch when it gets low, they just add water to it tothe point when you get your drink it looks like water with a dash of brown food coloring! It tastes like pure water! Thepeople working the drive thru are rude and they make you lean halfway outside your window to grab your order verses extendingtheir arms to hand it to you. This is the worst DD I have ever been too. The owner is rude and does not acknowledge complaintsor try to rectify them. No clue why they moved to a larger location because they are not able to handle a simple order.
