Nothing but positive experiences here. I always order online, and my food is hot and fresh when I arrive. The service is always... extremely friendly and welcoming, and they even remember who I am at this point! I typically order the same every time, so Ican't speak to the consistency of other items. All I know is that the tenders are delicious, and the fries are abundant andalways well-seasoned. My only critique is that the chicken can be over-sauced at times, but the past three times I've ordered,the sauce ratio has been perfect. Each time I order for delivery the message says 39-44 minutes but I don't believe I've waited more than 25 minutes yet for an... order. They are quick, online ordering is easy, and my wings have been perfect every single time. Read more

Terrible service! Won?t be coming here again. The line is outrageously long and you can tell they?re short staffed/overworked.... They put me on hold for 20 mins and hung up. I went in store to place my order. I got home and this is what they gave me.Breading and no seasoning fries. I called the store again and they don?t answer. DONT BUY FOOD HERE! Read more
