The most descriminating place I ever been too. Staff is rude and as zero respect for any person walking in, the parents and... manager of these kids working there have no knowledge of how to treat a human being and the place is disgusting , bathroom dirtyand smells horrible. If you go there for work and need to use wifi for emails and video call, you will either get kicked out orthey will call the police if they don't like you all this while buying bevarege and food. some people are allowed to stay 30mins some hours, they decide! I suggest Culvers down the road better staff and better experience food is way better too, 4months later the staff is getting worse, still rude, no good morning or hi , they give u creamer and sugar in ur hand to carryto the table, a tray or a paper bag is too much for McDonald's to handle I guess. how does any of this be allowed? This place can?t get an order right to save their life. It?s pathetic we raised minimum wage to $15 an hour Bc these people... truly don?t deserve the old $8.25 An hour. They have screwed up our order/forgotten things the last 6 or 7 times I?ve gonethere. Prices are nearly double what they were before because we gotta pay these clowns working there nearly double what theyuse to make?.and they still can?t get it right. Pathetic Read more

The food wasn't the best and honestly it was awful. The service, on the other hand... well that sucks as well. The staff were... cold and just plain rude to me. Same problems with drive thru. In fact, all three times I used the drive thru at this place,They got my order wrong and I got the opposite of what I had requested. Read more
Was going to give 2 stars, no one said anything on the intercom, lights were on, other cars where in line, 1 even got good, but... then I was greeted by the employee telling me it's not her problem that they're aren't enough employees. I told her "then atleast turn off the lights or tell the people at the intercom. She said "that's really NOT MY PROBLEM"!!!! And closed thewindow. I know better than to eat McDonald's Read more
Very nice location, food is good and good people work there. However when I was there I believe they might have been short... handed because the cashier that took care of us also had to take the food to the people's tables and helped others with usingthe new ordering system they have there. All in all if they can get themselves a strong staff then I think they could be at 95%. Read more
There were a couple drive thru?s open at 3am but gave it a shot and passed by to encounter the worst experience at any... McDonald?s. Staff was dry, extremely slow to take order, to place order, and to give out the orders. There was only one car infront but they seemed to work at a very slow pace and seemed more busy talking among each other. They let the line start toform. To top it all off the food was the worst. It was hard and looked old. Gave it a try but even the fries were disgusting.Chicago & Damen is so much better! Read more
