Wow !!! So glad I stopped ! I was hungry and driving by and it was just an impulse stop but I will definatly be back!!! I... ordered a small poutine($9) The fries are fresh and cooked to perfection! It was topped with real cheese curds and a delicioushomemade gravy. The portion was generous and could have easily been shared. I could not finish it on my own . I was greaterwith friendly service . I have never in my life written a Google Review, but had to for this spot. Saw this place and just had to pull a u-turn and try... it out. Having been to maybe a half dozen other fry trucks in the general region, I can say with confidence this place is thebest I've had. The fries were fresh and cooked to perfection (we got a small regular fry and a large poutine to get the fullexperience): golden brown with just the right mix of tender fries and crispy bits. If you like poutine, this is the spot foryou. The gravy was rich and full of flavor (not your usual watery packet beef gravy) and the curds were so melty and stretchyyou could raise a forkful of fries literally 3ft+ above the dish and still have curds dangling down (we made a game of it). Forthe quality of the food and the quantity of the portions it was very reasonably priced. For $12 the large poutine alone wouldhave been enough for us (two 35 year old guys with healthy appetites). Definitely going to be stopping here whenever I'mdriving through Elmvale! Read more
